Thanks so much for these videos Abby. You mentioned that it’s not worth it to pay extra for air shipping just to get products to the USA quicker, but to what extent?
A lot of sellers are saying it will take 55-60 days by sea. Maybe because of the current Red Sea situation I’m not sure. Is that too long?
It’s an extra $200 dollars to get it sent by air & that’ll take 12-15 days. Is it worth it in your opinion?
That’s normal for shipping via seafreight as the timeframe can vary quite a bit from freight forwarder to freight forwarder. If you can justify spending the extra $200 on Airfreight, then go for it 🙂

Hi Abby! Thank you so much for your videos. I have a couple of questions I would like you to answer:
1) How do you send your private label to the supplier for them to put on your product before they send them off to Amazon?
2) Where do you find the weight and size requirements needed for Amazon to accept your packaged products from the supplier?
3) How do you send your supplier your barcodes to put on your products and do they provide your products with the made in China stickers?
This will take a lot of time to answer and all of this is also covered in my Savvy Seller FBA program. I am sure that I have UA-cam videos that answer these questions - so take a scroll through my channel 😊

You can start out as an individual seller so no need for a business tax when you’re first starting out
I've spent almost 6 months and invested $$$ on research for FBA and none of them amounts to your content! I've got almost everything down packed but I still feel a little intimidated when it comes down to the shipping plan. I've seen your other helpful videos but I just got to get over this fear of failure and just do it already lol Have you ever done FBM when you started at all or did you just go through Amazon itself? I worked at Amazon for over a year back in 2017 and I wish I knew about all of this then and became a seller instead of being a warehouse associate.

I am doing FBM ! I don't have any issues. I am changing my strategy to FBA. I do currently have one item on FBA but changing that this month.

Hello, thank you for sharing this information, you are such a blessing. I have a question regarding alibaba shipping my products to amazon warehouse. How do I provide the shipping labels and amazon barcode to my supplier? Is there an extra cost to have them apply the barcode? Do they apply my logo on the package or directly on my product. Thank you.
You will download them from Amazon within your shipping plan and send it to your supplier. You’ll need to discuss the rest with your supplier 😊

If you ship from your home it will no longer be FBA, but FBM (Fulfilled by merchant) - I only teach FBA 😊

You must’ve signed up for the Professional Seller option. I usually recommend starting as an individual seller and once you make money, you can move over to the professional seller plan
How do I really know if my product is good after finding that it seems to fit ? Is it ok to start with less than 500 units or even $500 to spend on the product alone? What is the lead time listed on alibaba? How to find a good inventory check company ?

1. I have an LLC. During the application it asked for a Company Registration Number. I've checked my business license and annual registration paperwork and see nothing except a control number is this the same thing?
2. It asked for a registered business address. I have a virtual address registered to my business. Am I able to use this? I rather not have my residential address displayed to the public
You should just double check with Amazon Support
Hey luv. Ive followed your steps and its been so helpful thiusfar! Ive been approved and now i have a few more questions about the setup. I really need assitance with setting up the " AMAZON PAY"...its asking about how much my store brings in when i dont have that answer yet because i havent sold anyting..what do i put there? and also since i will be doing the FBA, im not sure why it was asking me questions about my return address as if the products will be coming to my address. It only gave me an option to set it up for my address and the returns not be fulfilled at an amazon address.

Hi, great video! I don't see an option for a sole proprietor on the application. Just individual, public business, private business. I put individual at first and it blocked me from going forward. I'm assuming I would select private business?

If you don’t have a LLC then you’d be an Individual Seller - contact Seller Support if you are having issues, they should be able ro assist

No need for a business account just yet. Once you start making money then you can move over to the Professional Seller profile and set up your LLC & business bank account.

What if you have a LLC and you are a sole proprietor. Its called a Sole Proprietor LLC. What business type to pick on application?

Check with Seller Support to see what the best solution would be
During the interview is that when they will ask for the documents? How do I get the documents to Amazon?
During the interview they will verify your documents - you won’t need to physically send anything to Amazon ☺️
What about if you want to ship the products yourself?
Then get the supplier to send the products to you instead of the Amazon warehouse, but then you’d be doing FBM and not FBA
