Alan Moore and Eddie Campbell released a comic in '89 called From Hell and it's a take on the period when Jack the Ripper roamed the streets of newly industrialized London. Tbh as someone who plays ac for combat more so than stealth… I wish Ubisoft would have taken more boss fight approach with some of there older games the way they did with this title. Like unity for example. That game has stellar combat but only has like 3 boss fights including dlc.
For those people who are saying that why Jacob was beaten up easily by Jack, is that the first reason Jack is trained by Jacob, basically he is Jacob's students. Second we saw that Jacob not seriously fight him, we can see in his face that he has a love for him, and he want to fix Jack, I know some kid will say why he want to get that gun ? It is not meant to kill Jack, he want only to threatened him. Plus Jacob is getting old and his prime is ended. But I know in my heart that if Jacob seriously fight Jack, and back to his attitude like hot-headed, aggressive and greedy, Jack is brutally destroyed in a matter of minutes or even seconds even he is old. But I can see Jacob changed and I can see his love for him, Jack is his student after all. I remember Hiruzen the 3rd hokage and orochimaru, same situation 🥹
legit the most dissapointing dlc there is. They surprise you by letting you play as Jack and even giving you a tutorial on him and his unique fear system and then.....they let you play as Evie who uses the same kinda system only very dumbed down. They should have given you the ability to play as Jack in freeroam. Typical ubisoft they exceed your expectations only to suddenly crush them
I just don’t understand. Why Jacob lost? Jacob was supposed to be good at close combat. It’s obvious in the main game. And in the end of the dlc, does the game trying to tell me one of jacob’s eye is blind?
He was like 40 years old. He also trained Jack. And was trying to save Jack. Jack however is in his prime using brute force and strength he is stronger faster than Jacob and ver skilled.

nice software, gotta love it
Wow Jacob really matured in this dlc compared to his younger self
Back then i was so pissed off when i found out he survives, he absolutely had it coming
I love how you play as a real person
Can't wait for ubi to make an ac game in the 70's where we can play as Jeffery Dahmer
Just another Saturday in England.
Show me a good time Jack!
Let's Dance!
Jack hearing voices its obvious in his gameplay
We've got Switch ports for a good chunk of the AC library, can we add Syndicate to that please?
Beat DLC of assassins creed thanks man❤❤❤❤
I prefer freedom cry but this one was Great aswell
Jack we can fix you? FIX MEE!! 😂 hell nah... jack the ripper be like: why are you gay? 7:26
Why the fuck would ubisoft think people would like killing a games protagonist like that
I'm late I know, but Jacob doesn't die
how messed up it would be if jacob was jack the ripper
That’s what I originally thought. When i first played
jacob, a master assassin
jack, a brand new recruit
who would win? vote on your phones now!
Jack is not a brand new recruit
@@islasornacommunications9179 no your right
hes an old recruit
Actually, in the lore, Jack could easily best both frye twins
@@wrynightraven5255 agree to disagree
@@wrynightraven5255 if they really tried Jack would die
I didn’t know about this part of the game at all - how do u play this??
Dlc you have to buy it
legit the most dissapointing dlc there is. They surprise you by letting you play as Jack and even giving you a tutorial on him and his unique fear system and then.....they let you play as Evie who uses the same kinda system only very dumbed down.
They should have given you the ability to play as Jack in freeroam.
Typical ubisoft they exceed your expectations only to suddenly crush them
theoretically jack could've been one of the strongest assassins, bro was a demon
Bro jack sounds like ghost from MW2 2022
I just don’t understand. Why Jacob lost? Jacob was supposed to be good at close combat. It’s obvious in the main game. And in the end of the dlc, does the game trying to tell me one of jacob’s eye is blind?
Jack stabbed into one of jacobs eyes
Jacob considered him saveable
Jack the ripper dlc was wasted potential and he could have been a great dlc if Ubisoft just let us play as jack for the entire dlc and for free roam
Best DLC I’ve ever played
Jacob was done dirty here. Master Assassin, THE fighter of Syndicate, and our playable character, beaten so easily?
He was like 40 years old. He also trained Jack. And was trying to save Jack. Jack however is in his prime using brute force and strength he is stronger faster than Jacob and ver skilled.
