Get Sheppard at #4 pick. Probably won't be there for #8 pick.
I see mock drafts coalescing on 1-3 with (in this order): Sarr, Risacher and Reed. Good chance Reed is not available to SA at 4, but I am confident that SA can get either Reed or Castle with the 4th pick. Today (because I go back and forth on this), I like Reed and Devin the best because of the top guards in the draft, both offer offense along with some defense. Everyone else is either a defensive question mark (or liability) on defense or offer defense with questionable shot ability. I like Castle at 4 (assuming Reed is off the board) for his defense and versatility. However, if you draft Castle at 4, that puts more emphasis on getting an offensive wing at 8.
Assuming Risacher and Shepperd are off the board by the 4th pick, I like the idea of bringing in Devin Carter and Tidjane Salaun. Everyone else seems just like a role player with low ceiling. I really like Cam Christie for Spurs 35th pick.

Tony Parker was 6’2, so definitely reed if he’s there I say let’s do it.
90% chance Rockets take him at 3, imo. Gotta snag him at 4 if they decide to trade the pick, and he falls into our lap. He won't be there at 8.
#4 is too high for Shepperd. I could see SA packaging #8 and multiple 2nd rd picks to move up for him

NBA GMs are moving away from team needs and focusing on the best player available. Draft the best players available, for example, Castle, Risacher, Holland, and Dillingham. Trade away the #8 pick for Garland along with Keldon Johnson.
Dillingham? Best player available?
Stephon Castle at 4 and Tidjane Saluan at 8.
NO to either of the Kentucky guards, Shep or Dillie.
