@@Flexy59 Nono It's actually a thing everyone complained about when season 1 first released that the romance was completely removed, I just haven't read the first season but in season 2 onwards where I've read, they've gone to multiple dates and he has made promises about their relationship after everything ends and he's only ever done this with her

It's funny ho people hated Rachel from the get go even in season 1. For me, although I don't necessary like her (especially after the last 2 episode of season 1), I saw her rejection of Bam as how somehow would be imposed responsibilities they never ask for. Like a big sister having to take care after and brother because the parents are gone, etc. At some point she decide to let go of those unwanted responsibilities which were keeping her in place and decided to pursue her dream instead. Not good from a moral point of view but still. Then the last episodes of season 1, despite showing her inner conflict in the last one, settled everything. Here, when Bam tells Rachel that the Tower's creator must have been lonely, I once again sees it differently. For me, it someone who talks passionately about her dream, only to see it ruined by realistic remarks. Like children talking about their dream job when they will be adult, only to hear they should be more realistic, that it's hard, not for them, etc. We probably all have had a similar experience were our enthusiasm when talking about a subject we're passionate about was met with skepticism, ruining the mood. Don't get me wrong, I still think Rachel is a b**ch for what he's done, but I find that some scenes that were shown could be seen from different angles. But most people are too angered by this characters to even consider any of these other angles.
