- Every music lover has that one good song or album that's ruined by a shitty time or person. For Watsky, a beloved hip hop group will forever be attached to one long night of fake I.D.s, musty champagne and deeply disappointing his mom.
In this APTV exclusive, Watsky recollects a terrible date-turned drinking and driving PSA that has attached a taste as sour as '70s cob-webbed champagne to his favorite late night talk show band.

That's why I said he misspoke either he meant to say younger because of the "even though" or he should have left the "even though" out completely since it makes what he said sound weird.
Also rewatching again if he meant to say that he was older because of the fake ID than he should have just left that sentence out completely or said but "I didn't cause I was older than her".

Just saw Watsky in concert the other weekend, me and my buddies drove over 7 hours to do so. He did not disappoint! If you ever get a chance to see this man live DO IT.
I got to meet him at a show once. Super cool and very nice. Gave me autographs and even recorded a custom message for a friend that couldn't make it to the show. Will always love this guy.
I‘m german and I‘m always some kind of disturbed when americans talk about alcohol. Here in Germany the legal drinking age for beer and wine is 16, even 14 with parental consent, and liquer and all that hard stuff is allowed at an age of 18 years.

@@fordshojoe8080 the reasoning for this in European countries is that they are allowed to drink before they are ever allowed to drive. This allows them to get their partying out before they ever have a chance to drive and get into accidents. Its smart in theory and it is visibly true that less fatalities happen in European countries than the US due to driving while intoxicated. The choice and being able to be exposed at an earlier age allows them to not take as many risks later and to know what they are able to handle while still under parental supervision instead of at a College party where they have almost noone to take care of them.

How can she not laugh about that afterwards? As far as crazy-nights-drinking-underage go, this was a pretty tame story. Undoubtedly gut-wrenching and horrifying during the experience, but easily something that anyone should be able to laugh about later.
