Nice looking tank...probably you can add couple of filter socks in the first compartment and also trickle filter aka wet dry filter...kaldness is good and probably you could add a little more...try sand filter also...sump filtration are best...the pothos have very long roots...nice...I has been once to your shop and got some otos..they are doing fine...

Hi brother, one doubt, you mentioned in top filter video that one bilogical media stone of Matrix brand is equal to 100 ceramic rings. They why we have to load 20kg of biological media in sumps? We can simply compensate with Few KGs of costly bio media right?

I don't see any aeration or sponge filter inside the tank does it don't require such things or sump filter good enough in supplying oxygen as the inlet water agitate the water surface

Hi bro.. One of my discus fish is not eating it's been so many days since it consumed food always at the Conner of the tank and it has like clamped fins so what can I do for it to recover and this is my first time in keeping discus fish
How water from the tank is supplied to bottom sump tank ? Can you pls make a video of sump system or pls post a sump plumbing pics in insta bro.. I have PVC that drains water from aquarium tank to sump tank but it is designed to suck water from surface so it is not sucking waste from bottom. Hence I am vaccuming gravel every week. So my sump setup is not efficient. Pls help me.

@@chennaiaquarium yeah! It is just Kaveri water now which is softened with home softeners and then reaches the aquarium but has a ph level of 8.3 with tds 208 and total hardness of water is 95 ppi! So is this ph level safe for discus?

Sump system is a hi end technical filtration.. u need to have lot of calculations and design a proper self run system.. any minor glitch will not make a sump system work properly

make sure the return pump is not clogged by K1
What if outlet pump fails and inlet pump to the sump continues pumping? How would you avoid flooding issues.
Calculate the size of your sump accordingly. It should be able to accommodate water from the overflow of main tank. This will help if the pump failure in sump
Thats where your overflow system works accurate.. we design in a way where there wont be any overflow of water during power failure or return pump failure not even a drop would come out of tank .. 👍🏻
