    Do first cleans the same way for the most part. For me a quick scrub and rinse with pure then tfr and a scrub and then finish with pure water. I've been using a garden hose trigger gun to remove crud out of the gap between sill and window frame which has saved me quite alot of time, good vid too

      Watering it down to 10/1 or 5/1 or 3/1 just means more spraying.
      I think prob a quick coat of neat, leave a few mins is best.

      On walk-up... I use my 14" flocked Nylex brush on a pole and an Ettore 14" yellow bucket! Then power rinse with my trusty Gardner power sprayer and Tucker hybrid or Zero full on boars hair 18" brush.
      Soaps range from Lemon ammonia to glass gleem 3 and my favorite... "Meguiar's Wash n Wax!"
      On higher up windows I use two poles which I call what I do "the Texas 2 Step". Before the Texas 2 Step and pure water rinse we would clean 2nd story commercial windows with city water, a Tucker aluminum pole and Tucker brush with over the top rinse.
      Then use a Garlick or Unger aluminum pole and squeegee to remove the water from the glass!
      Today all my pure water is either single or double run RO with extensive pre-filtering to protect the RO membrane form city water.

    Might be a silly question, I assume you use hot water hence using a stiff bristle brush. Even tho I don’t use hot water will I be able to use the same brush because I think stiff bristle brushes will be better to clean off really dirty green windows on first cleans. Also what sort of brushes can be used of con roofs and what ones can’t?

    • @squeakycleandave1
      @squeakycleandave1  2 роки тому +1
