I always allow the space to dictate or tell me what it would like to become, hard to explain. Architects tend to have a style and be recognisable, I like the element of surprise! When you get your house in Umbria I can drive over and give you some assistance 🙏

I think the end result surpasses the new owners good expectations. I can visualize the few things yet to be finished. Any adornments & decorations 'either modern or old, will be magnified in the classical ceilings and stone work. The lighting is the best I ever seen. @ here in Ohio our 90f days are usually very sticky and your clothing tends to cling. I’m thinking your hotter but less humid days are more to my liking. I’ve been told that Salento is very much like Southern California weather . My wife would VERY MUCH enjoy the weather in the south.
