Well now Sihanoukville is filled with condominiums and unfinished towers. It's pretty much a Chinese city on Cambodian coastline. At least it's clean now, but the vibe has totally changed
I think you missed one place it called Mondulkiri province. It is the most beautiful natural views in Cambodia or I can say the most beautiful in South East Asia!
