Im healing from severe childhood trauma. I have been here for 4 years. I stopped cutting my hair as a symbol of the way healing comes slowly, like hair growth. I also practice a celibate lifestyle at this time. I get accused of being callused and disconnected from family. 😂😂 they have no idea how much sacrifice and strain getting to heal has taken. I’m getting to discover who I am for the first time in my life! My essential inner self was buried under layers and layers of defense mechanisms.

I felt this. I noticed a significant amount of growth within myself during my phase of Isolation 💯
You know, you're speaking so much truth and most especially in this era of fast technological advancements. There is a need for us to reconnect with our organic selves. What i have found in my isolation era is that to become a better version of myself i had to look at myself through Yahweh's eyes. That of unconditional love, empathy and mercy. And thats when the lightbulb sparked for me, isolation is the best time to garner a more intimate relationship with God, to get to know him and what he requires of us in order to live truly fulfilling lives that please him. OK, so today I woke up feeling extremely lonely. I have been isolated for almost a year and I crave new friendships and people that I can be around that are on a similar journey as mine who are rebuilding themselves who are reclaiming-time loss. I started to watch Abraham Hicks, and then I went on to two more rampage videos and then I saw your video and the title caught me because I am in a severe state of isolation and I literally prayed to God before I even started watching videos and then boom. I stumbled upon your video. Thank you so much for the encouragement because I wholeheartedly needed to hear this.

Im soooo thankful this played right after a joe dispenza video. This is literally my life rn. I have days where I don’t stick to my routine and i kinda beat myself up for it. You reminded me giving myself grace is the way to do it. The realisation to turn my life around a month ago is by far the best gift God has given me.
Thank you for this, I haven’t even noticed that I’ve been in a period of isolation and keep being pulled back into over and over lol… But it truly is about the mindset/perspective of it all, yes it can seem lonely/depressing/etc. at times, but it’s also needed in order to evolve into our best selves😌!!!

I just thought to myself today that I felt all alone in this world, I really needed this thank you.
It's been over a year and a half for me. I learned a lot about myself during this time and how to find happiness within and I feel like my default settings are being positive and happy but now I'm tired of being by myself, I keep thinking maybe I need to put myself out there more, I used to be SO out going and now I'm always just by myself. I'm worried if I don't get out of this I'll get stuck like this because I feel myself getting deeper into my shell and being more and more anti social and I hate it. Every time I feel like I'm going out and have plans, it's always for a few days then I'm back to hermit mode for months. I see so much spiritual and mental growth but there's only so much growing I can do being by myself because I'm safe and not triggered by anything.. Idk man
