This parts hits me so much
The whole entire anime hits me so much... I have not finished watching it because of something that has happened.... My dog and I watched it together but he got older and died... The last song he heard before he passed away was Tokyo Ghoul Unravel and the last anime he watched before he passed away was Tokyo Ghoul... We were best friends and I couldn't continue watching it because it would bring back so many memories I have of my dog and I which would cause me to cry and not watch it because I would be crying too much to continue watching...

The piano, your voice, the lyrics just keep on bringing all the emotions. I remember how much I would cry on parts of Tokyo Ghoul and now I am just laying down looking back at it all.

This came up on my Spotify's new release radar and honestly it just ... blew me away. I had no idea who the artist was, I had no idea it was a Tokyo Ghoul cover. I just heard the amazing lyrics and, as someone that frequently struggles with mental illness, I felt like they were singing directly to me. That someone had written the anthem to the darkest chapters of my story. Going about life not recognizing yourself, not wanting people to see you at your lowest point and pushing them away. Being paralyzed in the dark, feeling like there's something inside you that's destroying everything you love but not being able to identify it. You just want to fade away, to die quietly and hope everyone remembers the 'real' you.
I'm in a much better place in my life now, but this song just WRECKED me when I sat down and gave it my full attention. It was the good kind of wrecked - the cathartic, weeping, 'there are WORDS for this!' kind of wrecked. I doubt anyone will see this - it's hard to communicate how significant this song is to me, but thank you so much for singing it.

I’ve heard a lot of covers of this song, but only really liked JubyPhonic’s version. This, however, is just as beautiful and the lyrics flow so well. So many covers get that literal translation lock that can cause the phrases to break or start in strange places. The fact that you were able to avoid that while keeping the sentiment of the original says a lot. Thank you for this softer version of one of my favorite songs.

After all this time, Unravel still gives me goosebumps but this cover chilled me to the bone! It’s so good and I love your voice, this cover is so beautiful. I’m used to Amanda Lee’s lyrics so it’s odd for me to hear others’ english lyrics but I love these lyrics.
Jonathan Young's lyrics are pretty amazing too, but with a little more 'rocky' style, but it stays awesome

Especially with these lyrics you can really tell how kaneki feels and I know it's just a tv show an anime that doesnt really matter irl but the show has a message and a very heartfelt one at that and this song is one of the most beautiful songs in the world atleast to me and it tells a story of someone slowly fading away a man who cares for his friends but doesnt want to bring them into his problems because they might get hurt or their heart broken in the process but without help he is falling apart and becoming a bad man so in the song he is asking his friends and family to remeber him as a good man the man he used to be he is also trying to figure out his place in our terrible twisted and broken world it's sad and beautiful and this cover shows it perfectly thank you

After finishing it I have to say that was fucking phenomenal and up there with Jonathan's Young and Amalee's covers. Jons is a Metal Ballad, Amalee's is a rock banger, and this is a beautiful Piano arrangement. They all carry such a different yet familiar feel.

This is easily one of my favorite covers, and the reason is the emotion you put behind. When you sing something like this, with an impeccable range and lightness of voice with a soft piano as the background track, you perfectly capture the feelings of this song. And it's in every cover you do. You consistently produce covers that are unique and powerful, in contrast to other cover artists such as AmaLee where they all have begun to sound the same. I love what you do, and I urge you to keep doing it tgrough all of tge troubles you face. I'll keep purchasing your god-tier music as long as you continue to produce it.
