- Defeating the 9 Valkyries in God of War (PS4). After the main story I went through the 8 main Valkyries and then geared up for the final fight against the Queen Valkyrie. WHAT A GAME!

I like how Kratos is a low key savage with his banter now. He's perpetually dead serious and unintentionally hilarious at the same time.

Imagine if in the future sequels, Kratos is taken to Aztec or Mayan civilization and that their deities are actually super nice, but their human followers are just fucked up.

Doubt it. I think that assets are scrapped at this point but they did tease Egyptian mythos in the game and in ascension, Honestly don't think the series would go anywhere after the trilogy ends but who knows.

You should be at least level 5 when starting to fight them. I tried beating the first one at like level 3. Kept destroying me. Went back later and kicked her ass

For those curious these are fightable after you fight Magni and Modi and get the chisel from Thamur. You go outside and through the secret door to find Gunnr and this starts the favor of finding all Valkyries and killing them. Each location is revealed after you beat the game but you can find them on your own.
Interesting fact: if this was going by original Norse mythology there would be 12 valkyries not 9. So if all nine realms were in the game all 12 would be in it.

15:49 this move reduces my health to 35% on normal difficulty with full & complete health bar wearing the best armor in the game crafted with niflheim mist.., this guy is playing on the easiest difficulty.

Word of warcraft gave me a clearly idea about this, odin, thor, hell heim and many other that I'd like to learn more, so I'm not lost at all
So like how i hope how what they did with the other god of wars about they released games out of chronological order. So maybe they make a game on how kratos survived and made it to norse in the chaos and how he went 200 years and couped with the rage and anger he had to have time to meet faye and have atrius and be a calm boi.

After watching this I can safely say normal is baby mode. I'm going through this on "give me a challenge". Not only is their move sets different, but all their attacks are unblockable and unparryable, with maybe only one or two of them being an exception. I wish I had it this easy 😭

I beat the first one show here last night - before I received the blades. Took me an hour. haha. I'll do the others once the blades are upgraded.
hopefully this means they'll have allies in the future if they make a sequel.

and then he'll probably die or killed, that's why Atreus/Loki is so determined killing Thor
I read the ragnarok story. Thor was killed by the poison gas made by the world serpent commanded by Loki in the ragnarok ( if you played the game, remember when the head said, the serpent hates Thor because of something.) and ps. in the Norse story, Loki indeed started the ragnarok, is this the reason why he starded it?

In the myth, there are 5 signs of the Ragnarok starting and there 2 in this game: The Serpent and Baldur's death. There's also this side quest where everyone is saying that the queen wants death to run wild, which maybe a hint about Hela, the 3rd sign. We just need Fenrir and Loki's punishment. Maybe, Loki's punishment won't exactly as Norse Myth, but it could be changed to the death of Kratos.

Just defeated Gunnr lol, dang was she hard on the hardest difficulty. She could literally two shot me, but it became easy once i learned her move set which is literally like 3 lol.

So I assume there was literally nothing else to do after this eh? I also predict we'll be heading to Asgard to fight Thor, Odin and other gods in the nexr God of War game - or perhaps they'll release a DLC expansion instead?
there will be two more game in this Norse setting....I think...there is a secret ending where Thor visits them. So Krastos did not fight anyone of the Norse GOD in this installment. I hope I'm wrong and the release 3 more DLC so i will be cheaper and faster than buying two new games.

I beat all of them, however the developers made the Queen and a couple of them cheat the players. Like I’d press square to revive and it would reload me to checkpoints and they always do the Valhalla move when you use a rune and can’t stop it. Or you roll and Valhalla still hits you. I was extra mad fighting the queen. Give me a challenge difficulty makes my life hell.
