  • Seems far enough!

Wow the range and penetration through those walls seems really good! What is you’re setup? I’ll have to check you’re channel and see if you have it posed or not. But super dope video! Beyond excellent flying! Hope one day to be even half as good as you! :)

This was some custom build 5 inch, frame is similar to Apex, Xing-e 2306 1700kv motors with Gemfan 51433 props. VTX is TBS Unify Nano32 and the most important part is the Foxeer lolipop antenna with the long base - it puts antenna far from the frame so emitted signal doesn't get immediately absorbed by the frame - this thing really makes a difference in many situations!
And one more very important thing - Rapidfire receiver is a must! I put Axe stubby and some noname triple feed patch on mine, made sure that patch was pointing in the direction of the worst transmission point and hoped for the best! :)

how the f*** this is 400mw? :O I have ORQA, lates batch rapidfire and cant go behind that much walls. My goggles antennas are menace and quad is mobula7 dipole. It has that much affect? my 3 inch has stubby very close to canopy.

Long antennas on the drone do really make a difference! Also - a patch on the goggle is a must for such a difficult environment.

@@dmitry.murashenkov why some "pro"s use two omni?

@@alperenozgur 2 omnis give you very predictable reception from all sides, while when using patch you have to think where to point it and keep your head straight in order not to move it during flight. But usually we fly in some pretty narrow sector in front of us, so actually you can get away with using two patches to cover space in front of you and get better reception.
