The best solution for him would be to live in a group home where he could live his own life but with professional support staff.
NO! He needs his own accommodation - not in with a group. He may need a little assistance in the beginning to help him settle in, but he would be ok and do so much better like that. He may need home help to show him how to manage at first, then he will manage fine. Those places where they are in a group are not good. It can cause personality clashes and add more trouble. Privatizing and making shelter, food, and water a commodity is evil, full stop. Why does a person need to fit into our definition of what a 'good' or 'useful' member of society to have their humanity recognized? What is this eugenicist nonsense that focuses on ability to work and puts able-bodied, heteronormative, 'productive' people as being more worthy of support and housing.
I am one of the world top 1 most stuttering

Hi from England, hope you get yourself salted out soon, be lucky, xie xie
Papa Wu, I hope it’s his real name! 😂
His surname is probably Wu. In Taiwan, it's an endearment term to call a guy with kids Papa or 老爸 even though he isn't your father. It's also the same as a young kid calling a middle-aged to older person aunt or uncle even though they might not be related.
@@user-um8wi5ym4y I know that. That’s why I’m hoping it’s not this case. I’m hoping it’s his real name!
@@yzhang333 That would be interesting
Clearly Mr Chang needs medical help, he have some mental health issues
Global issues
Homelessness
Govt not really helping
He can consider leaving Taipei and living in the countryside where expenses are lower & he might find a place to live. To have lived till his age alone out on the streets, he is a strong guy. Many people who have money just commit suicide for any reason. It is just about money = without it, people become "poor". There are westerners who went to live in Japan & they eat for free from growing their own food.
Okay listen if you live poor in poor country its okay but if you live poor in rich country its your fault
Taiwan would be better off if it joined with China mainland.
I think he is autistic, maybe if he can get proper diagnosis he can seek assistance from the government?
He is already diagnosed by doctors and is getting financial help from the government.
when it comes to the homeless, i wanna become a communist immediately . everyone in the world shoud have house to live in as long as their are nice

He needs help getting a place to live
竹板儿一打霹雳啪,来把我们的社会想一想,公益观念刚刚才发了芽,孰轻孰重谁缓谁急费思量。

Homeless or run away from home? 🤔
He said he ran away from home and has since been homeless. Not surprising he ran away given the way he was treated.
Are you trying to say it would be better if he stayed at home and got beaten?
@@Ealsante read my reply again
Bro... he was abused, what you want him to do.. wtf have some sensitivity.. I know we are all online and shit but come on
@@janey1133 what a wicked family he has got for abusing him through beating. that's cruelty at its finest. i didn't realise that there are diabolic families around treating him like a dirty disposable rag.
Men should probably be supported a bit more in hardship as they are the ones who do dirty and harder work and when men are strong then the countries are strong too. Either way - Taiwan is a great country - people with good morals & friendliness.
Working at a charity is not a real job 🙄
In the early 70s, I rented a furnished two bedroom apartment in Taipei for $30 US a month.
