Did you use standard size thread? can we use standard thread with 3 cm hook
Always check what the label says on the yarn. Different yarns/threads needs different hook sizes. I used Light Worsted (3) Cotton yarn.
0:12 you can see what I use for this bag
0:25 you can see the label of my yarn. It says 4mm hook but I choosed 5mm. This pattern was nicer in this way.

I'm crocheting the bag, but I don't get the number st for the handle 😢
I crocheted a similar bag. I crocheted 80 it turned out pretty good

26:44 decrease first, 73 sc and decrease again (second row of the handle)
