A company that got on board with the TIMES. BIG is now small & matched with great technology such as the new Ronin 4D Flex & CAM. This is now an incredibly comparable union of next generation cinematographer / film maker, marriage made in heaven. Thank you COOKE for having the VISION to change. I’m IN!
Since Cooke seems committed to reaching a broader market by producing lenses in Asia, albeit without the advanced mechanics in the UK-manufactured lenses, are you expecting that they will also produce a lens more like their modern series, such as the S4 or S5?
Great offering. Hope they offer a wider lens as my Canon C70 has a crop factor. Curious if factory will ship the lenses with RF mount installed and put the E mount off to the side.
That is a built in feature of the Bright Tangerine Revolvr Atom Cine Follow Focus Kit (bhpho.to/3FiNmpU). The follow focus features a sliding adjustment that offers 24mm of horizontal travel distance.
Beautiful! Thank you for the presentation. Will each lens be available individually, or only as a set? Eventual plans to add a Wider lens…and a longer lens?
@@BandHReally tired of y'all making this stuff so out of reach. Make things accessible. $2,500 would have been a good price point. Very ridiculous. Then finance and end up paying way more for the lens.
This is big news! Gotta try these.
Make a video when you do pleaseeee!

Be nice to see a 20/21mm option
Look forward to a 40mm and some zoom.

I hope they release a 14 and a 21…. Would really like a set that’s 21,35 and up… 25 and 35 feel a bit too close for my shooting style
Very interesting lenses for the FX3/FX6 Cinema Line.
man!!! unreal
i think one wider plus (17/18) will be perfect but this is awesome news

Would love these for my komodo
Super interesting! Very intrigued. Would be nice to have a bit wider option, other than that this is great news.
I don’t think I could ever afford this, but I love Cooke lenses. Always rent the S4 when shooting S35mm
On the closeup of the fx3, what rig are you using that allowed you to slide the focus motor over?

I wold love to see a lens length around 40mm, what is our supposed field of view, our natural scene.

Individually or as a 5-set
Any idea on price?
4500$
As of today, 9.5.23, each lens are $4,500.00, and we have a kit of all the lenses for $21,375.00.
Ridiculous price.

Retailer isn't setting the MSRP or MAP@@directorparisholmes2024
Will Cooke release a wide angle for this set?? We need a 20/21mm or 18mm at least. I'd love 18, 14 or 20, 15 combo
I would love to have the 25mm in m mount and then adapt to mft
Do any of these lenses have Hexagonal Bokeh?
I really like the Cooke Bokeh...
right now the just look like a regular lens with a filter lol
When is official release date?
I heard this month via Newshooter
Do we know where these lenses are made? Just curious since the price is much less than the existing Cooke lineup of lenses.
Made in China.
I deserve "Chef " lenses
I guess I'm about to eat top ramen for the rest of the year. lol
WOW!!!
Lenses never become obsolete. People still use lenses from 50-80 years ago. And they’re very expensive.
we need L mount for sure
No love for the Nikon Z-mount, I see.
informative video
Nice
Jabar, you forgot to discuss the ridiculous price that most low-budget filmmakers cannot afford.
But they can rent it for cheap i guess
@cgustaff4807 has Cooke actually said they’re marketed towards low budget filmmakers?
@@ryanbishop3586 They don't have to, otherwise they would offer a PL mount option.
@@cgustaff4807 if they’re not marketing towards low budgets, it makes no sense to want a retail website to state that
