Hi Dr Laurie! Loved your "behind the scenes" at e commerce Goodwill in Brooklyn Park MN. To find that specific site online is under Easter Seals Minnedota. I live in Mpls and pick up items in Brooklyn Park at least twice a month. That way there are no shipping costs. No limit or weight restrictions. Once you pay, you go back and pick a date (within 7 days) and time to pick up. Love seeing what goes on behind those doors I see so often😊

These videos make me sad. All that fabulous jewelry that I used to find at Goodwill, I miss those days. Don't even go in there anymore.
I miss the treasure hunt. It sucks that they take all of the good stuff to sell online because it leaves the stores filled with junk. I still find the occasional piece of good glassware furniture, but that's it. I have so much beautiful vintage jewelry I bought from Goodwill years ago.
Ohh,.. I totally Understand..Mine did it.. Then Upped the prices..And we have Very Rich people all over..(no me😵💫) I found a Antique shop with Large Jewelry Jars and NOW, the plastic shoe boxes Full of Costume and Real Jewelry.. it was not much in cost.29 I believe..I wanted All 4 of them..I chose one..I’m still looking up what I can.That’s hard to find info.. I hope you both can find a good one who does it..Have a Nice Evening..

So… I’m still learning about costume jewelry, so please pardon my ignorance. I am not embarrassed, I know you will be kind! 🫶🏻When you say “crystals”… are crystals and rhinestones interchangeable here? Because I thought crystals infer better quality. Am I confusing lead crystal with jewelry crystals? Love that you went straight to the source for us! You giving us insight on the bulk of what we buy, instead of only the really nice pieces (which is wonderful, too), shows how much you really care about us. You are quite the treasure.
