Hold each other close to your heart always. My sister passed years ago from melanoma. I miss her everyday. I love to watch you work your magic!! It just mesmerized me and is calming. However, I am an elementary school teacher and not a stylist! I am 53 years old and still like to look chic. If you only lived closer, I would be making an appointment today however I live in Maryland and it is not quite a short trip to Utah! Both you and your sister look fabulous. My mother just passed away suddenly two weeks ago and one way I deal with stress is to stress cut my hair. That does not always go well. My hair has been my biggest stress point for as long as I can remember, and I pray daily that I will wake up in the morning and be able to do it without, having a meltdown. Unfortunately, there are very few days that this happens. I would constantly text my mother, yes I am 53 years old and still text my mother about my hair, that I needed support because I could do absolutely nothing with my hair. She would always send words of wisdom and let me know that I looked beautiful, no matter what my hair did. How I wish I could text her one more time and hear those words of wisdom.💔

So cute! I was fortunate to have found an excellent stylist. My hair is baby thin and fine and not much of it. So nice to see women with styled short hair. Live in a 55 plus neighborhood and can’t believe how these “old ladies” have this long gray hair. I am 74 and try to be presentable with neat hair and light makeup. I have had a pixie cut for years...Always needed the the height. Moved to Florida... so much for cute spikey..it fell flat no matter how much product I used. I have now grown out my hair to shoulder length and just put it in a pony tail or headband or half up! By the way having longer hair shows off my really cool gray hair! I have to admit I do miss my pixie at times.😊

How are you drying it? I definitely recommend blowing it dry rather than just air drying! If you’re doing that and adding product I would consider adding a bit more texture 🥰

I have a friend who wears her hair almost exactly like this, from is a little different. I’ve know her for 16 yrs and never seen her with any other cut. It suits her perfectly! How I wish I could wear mine that way but, even when I was styling hair but it’s too limp and fine. But I’ve cut my share of cuts and I loved them all. Hated when I had to stop!

This looks like the perfect "swim" cut!!! Get out of the water, run a towel over it...then just kind of grab it up and let it dry.....love it!!!!

I have had a pixie cut for years...Always needed the the height. Moved to Florida... so much for cute spikey..it fell flat no matter how much product I used. I have now grown out my hair to shoulder length and just put it in a pony tail or headband or half up! By the way having longer hair shows off my really cool gray hair! I have to admit I do miss my pixie at times.😊
The humidity can be so tricky!! I’m sure you look amazing with your hair now!

Hi RaDona. Beautiful pixie! I have fine hair (quite a lot) too and my pixie cut refuses to stand up even with good texture 😅 Does having highlights help the hair to stand up more? I do use a shedload of products but it drives me nuts!!

How are you drying it? I definitely recommend blowing it dry rather than just air drying! If you’re doing that and adding product I would consider adding a bit more texture 🥰
@@BoysAndGirlsHairstyles ooh I’m practically hanging upside down and blow drying it! 🤣 I put lots of product on and it stands up for about 10 mins…😆 I just wondered if adding more highlights along with good texturing might help?

I LOVE this hairstyle, but very few people can wear it. I don’t have straight hair, I wish I did. I have more wave and curl to mine. You and your sister are beautiful, this cut looks amazing on you. ❤️ I wish I could get my hair done by you, I need some style to my hair and I am older and boy do I feel like I look older than I am. I want something that can just air dry. Again, great job on her hair, she really looks beautiful.

I have a friend who wears her hair almost exactly like this, from is a little different. I’ve know her for 16 yrs and never seen her with any other cut. It suits her perfectly! How I wish I could wear mine that way but, even when I was styling hair but it’s too limp and fine. But I’ve cut my share of cuts and I loved them all. Hated when I had to stop!
