For those who're wondering the Shimenawa artifacts set is really frickin good on Tao(C1R1). Been using it since she came home and she absolutely slaps. No Energy Recharge needed too! Only real Downside is you gotta be able to execute CA cancel combos fast and consistently for it to be worth it since she loses out on her burst (that's why it's not always recommended) but if you can pull it off this set can even outperform her classic Crimson Witch one at equal investments. Of course if you have a CW set already might as well use that since it's more balanced, comfortable and has better AOE but for the people like me who never farmed that domain before not having to spend thousands of resin in that cursed place is a real blessing.
You should try using melt reactions instead of vaporize. Melt does more damage with pyro than vaporize, and C6 Diona gives 200 elemental mastery, so that could be a good setup for big pp numbers
there's no way to guarantee melts on all her attacks. using pyro once removes the cryo and not eve rosario can keep up with hu tao's charged attack speed, especially since the latter has no icd either. even kaeya isn't fast enough. the ony character that can apply cryo fast enough to melt all of hu tao's charged attacks is ayaka and her burst but that's rigid and...well... an 80 cost burst. vape and reverse melt work like each other, since in the former pyro doesn't remove the hydro element and in the latter cryo can't remove the pyro. it takes two or three applications in these case to remove the elemental affliction. it's already very good if you can melt one in three attacks if dash cancelling but you can vaoe every single charged attack
For her C2, i saw the blood blossom do 52k which is a bit under what i do for a charged attack so there's that 😭 c2 is underrated. it can do reactions. just a bit of extra damage but its good

For Big PP number for her Charged Attack, I suggest play with Cryo Hypostasis at Dragonspine. I manage to get 120K+ Dmg with her Charged Atk. It is fair because we are "showcasing" the higest damage can be done. This is with no buff, I use Xiangling C6, C1 make Guabo Hit give -15 Pyro Res, Use Pyronado give 15% Pyro Dmg Bonus, 2 Geo Resonance, Zhongli and Ning. Ning Use TToDS.

My most comfy method is Zhongli shield, start challenge, run behind, Bennett Q+E, Xiangling Q+E, Kazuha hold E (The dude charged under you), plunge and Q before energy reaches you, hold E again (c1), wait for energy. They're usually dead but I drop a meatball on them in case my crits were bad or the mage somehow got yeeted by overload. 165 ER on Xiangling/Zhongli, 155 on Kazuha and like 260 on Benny, all bursts are up every time. No VV/buff on pyro but dmg isn't the problem for me.

Hey , Moga-chan , you should get Albedo for Hu Tao. He improves a lot her damage with his EM buff after his Q and he is an important member for Hu Tao's best team (Xingqiu , Zhongli and Albedo). This team is insane and has a lot of fun. And btw , Kazuha is an insanely good unit for Hu Tao , especially if he is built full EM. VV set and full EM gives her around 40% damage bonus , Wich is crazy for a character with insanely high attack and crit damage
I mean if you want bigger numbers you could try keeping her below 50% hp, she was sub 50 in like 2/15 attempts But i did enjoy the vid as per usual, keep up the good work :)
You can put her at 150hp and you will have enough time for all the q’s (assuming you crit on first charge) Bennet buff just makes it +-0 if she’s above 50% anyway

This video is literally just me every weekend trying to buff one of my characters as much as possible. I even went as far as to finally cook Adeptus Temptation for the first time ever (was 20k off AR56 when I decided to cook it) just to see how high my F2P Raiden with copium artifacts can hit enemies. It was a bit underwhelming, but at least I got a new pb on the open world (153k). :P
replacing mona with kazuha or even sucrose and just using xingqiu is going to be so much better, mona doesn't apply nearly enough hydro for hu tao to be able to vape it... the dmg bonus from her burst isn't worth it if you're trying to showcase big charged attack numbers...if u have elegy for the end you can also replace Bennett with amber to buff her even more... with these setups 100k+ charged attacks are possible even without c3
I think the reason you can rarely hit 100k is because Mona apply water too slowly most of the time, you already used up enemy's wet status so your charge attack didn't vapourize. You can try watching it in slow motion and you will find out what reallly happened
So my tip is give Bennet the purple Ayaka sword do his elemental burst switch to Kazuha do swirl,do Mona skill and burst do Hu Tao charge attack as fast as u can while less than 50% hp
Mona's burst is better if you wait 3-4 seconds before exploding the bubble, that's how you make more dmg Giving her a better book makes wonders too Of course the dragon tales gives that bonus, but's nothing compared with a good book and good artifacts Wait 4 seconds before activating any other attack
i think the reason you couldn't get 100k when omen was up was coz u didn't vapo any of your hits bc thoma was stealing em all with his burst so hu tao had no reactions so if you find a work around 4 that you could definitely get maybe 200k charged with hu tao
i do have to say, i know benny's atk buff is great but the bonus hu tao gets from being below 50% hp is probably as good or better lol. maybe try nerfing benny's heals by taking hp% artis off and giving him other noblesse pieces instead? also, your hu tao's em is pretty low. idk how the math would work exactly but having sucrose go in to give a pyro shred with viri and her em bonus is probably going to benefit hu tao more than sara's atk buff will. especially at sucrose's c6 since she gives an added elemental damage bonus when she does her ult
Moga i think you might can even hit 7.5k or maybe 8k damage on Hutao if you equip 4-pc Tenacity on Mona( dragon tales) and then just sara and benny. Just a suggestion ehehe..

childe's passive gives an extra talent level to ur basic attack which might help :)

also, your hu tao's em is pretty low. idk how the math would work exactly but having sucrose go in to give a pyro shred with viri and her em bonus is probably going to benefit hu tao more than sara's atk buff will. especially at sucrose's c6 since she gives an added elemental damage bonus when she does her ult
The reason you weren’t getting the big damage is because you kept hitting him with your NA first which takes away the hydro
My Hu Tao is C0. R4 Dragon's Bane. I got almost 110K charged attack ( with Bennet, sucrose, and Xingqiu to vap ) no thrilling tales.
