You do know getting her C2 will make her a DPS, right? She is guaranteed to crit for every reaction, so building her with crit will be a must. Just get her C2, her weapon and you are done, she will do 200k, at least that's what mine does on hyperbloom

About the scaramouche showcase, while it's true that lower level doesn't have lower resistance, if you managed to do a setup on it you'd still get more damage due to the DEF multiplier, which depends on the enemy and character level
For Melt and Vaporize nukes it is possible to run a team WITHOUT pyro supports SPECIFICALLY against the Pyro Regisvine, with a proper setup you can use Kazuha's burst infusion getting pyro from the regisvine shield, best if the burst hit is the one that breaks the shield. The regisvine can have a cryo of hydro aura enabling the correct swirl, but Kazu's Q will still infuse pyro because it is hitting the body and the shield at the same time and his infusion priority is Pyro>Hydro>Electro>Cryo. It's specially easy to do with Hydro because Kazu's swirl on the regisvine will hits the shield and break it (swirls apply 2GU of the element), because they made the shield have a separate hitbox for some reason. I managed to make a nuke with Mualani (no atk scaling so no Benny) using Xilonen/Kazuha/Mona and Xilonen/Kazuha/Citlali by using the Kazuha Tech. Depending on your investment and artifacts you could run Xilonen/Kazuha/Nahida, Xilonen/Kazuha/Mona, Xilonen/Kazuha/(full EM) Sucrose. I don't know the numbers exactly, but for nuking it could be better to use Widsith, put Citlali's Signature on Sucrose, and fish for the EM Widsith buff (music note with 3 notches). Better yet could be Widsith on both, but that would require having two R5 copies (only one leveled) and hitting the correct 1/3 chance twice in a row. There is a whole schtick of balancing stats in your build, supports, and when it comes to damage per screenshot, your patience and willingness to retry is also one of those stats. It takes a certain kind of madness to fish with two Widsiths and 5% CR.
JAVA! i have information i need to share! in my quest to level up an alt acc i discovered that if you press F while dialogue is playing it not only acts as a mouse click but also automatically selects the travelers dialogue popups. so you can just spam F through an entire quest. still not as good as a skip button it does help not having to click on the little pop up buttons ajdfaf
This is such a fun and chaotic breakdown of building Seelie as a DPS! I love how you’re experimenting with her kit and trying to make her work in a role she wasn’t necessarily designed for. The fact that you’re hitting over 700k damage with her burst is insane, especially considering how scuffed the build is right now. 😂 The whole "pillow floating" mechanic is so unique and quirky-it’s classic Genshin to give us something completely unexpected like that. And the way you’re trying to figure out the best team comp for her, even though she’s clearly more of a support character, is peak Genshin energy. The struggle with artifacts and resin is so relatable too-we’ve all been there, farming for weeks just to get one decent piece. Also, the fact that you accidentally nuked a boss without even realizing it is hilarious. That’s the kind of chaotic energy I live for in Genshin. And hitting 1.8 million damage with Seelie supporting Mika? That’s insane! It’s wild how much potential she has, even if she’s not the main DPS.

Java, you don’t level 90 because of em but based on how much elemental reaction damage, specifically transformative reaction (hyperbloom, swirl, etc.) damage, the character does. And the thing is, Citlali practically doesn’t gain a thing from level 90. A tiny bit more damage and a tiny bit more personal tankiness.
Java Random idea you should do a challenge or something like: Wrong Elements Only where you use like characters with the wrong elements to override other characters elects e.g. chongyun E makes the character infused with cryo , c6 bennet, Candace’s ult etc (i don’t know anyone else) so I haven’t seen anyone else do something like this. Would be cool if I saw someone do this! So in summary: make Genshin characters not use their vision :D

I use Citlali, Nahida, bennett, and sucrose for my team. Since Nahida can burn the enemies with bennett, there's no need to worry about pyro application. But all I have to do is swirl cryo then apply pyro then burst. But I usually play her as a plunge dps lmao
i remember the days when i'd be so prooud of my c3 raiden for dealing 2m dmg and now my c0 mavuika with 4* weapon without food buff can hit 1.1 m dmg casually
I have a dps support citlali c0r1, 2 crowns, 60% crit rate, 125% crit damage, 760 elemental mastery, 1k attack, a cryo goblet, and support natlan 4x. I'm so happy of my citlali, I play her with mavuika dps, furina and xilonen
