I've read the book. As an editor, it's well-written and -researched, and it paints a chilling picture of what could come, and how simply it could all unfold in a matter of minutes. If you haven't read the book, I highly encourage you to do so. And then pass it around.
I could listen to Anne Jacobs talk for hours. She’s got such a wonderful voice and the things she has heard and can’t really say to protect sources is probably astounding. I really need to get her books. Can’t wait to listen to this one.
Can attest to much of her info. My wife's grandfather was one of the scientists mentioned in Operation Paperclip. The man disappeared from Germany only to resurface in New Mexico and there he stayed for the rest of his life.

I read this one at it sucked. Easiest hole in her "Scenario" of 2 nukes being launched by North Korea is to retaliate with SLBM, that way you don't launch from silos inside the US , which have to fly over Russia. But that wont fit her "scenario" of...no one wins a nuclear war.
Every since this page came up on my recommendations ive been so fascinated with these war stories and hearing about what these guys go through I love it man salute to all the soldiers that risked there lives for this country nothing but absolute respect 💯🙏🏽

I watched the UN exchange last Friday between the US and China. As a US Army SOF Veteran I was disturbed by it. The US starts blaming China inside the UN Chambers for all the Global Conflicts, and China tells the US to stop blaming other Nations and to take a look at all the current military Conflicts it's engaged in. China then tells the US that China is trying to Bring Peace through Economic Diplomacy.
Literally right after the US Ambassador to the UN tells China Directly that if China continues to threaten the global security that the US, Japan and South Korea will act militarily.
The US literally proved China's point. It's disturbing.

We restore our ability for diplomacy when we stop using the state dept to do undiplomatic things. Not sure if Scott is promoting the PRC's propaganda of "trying to bring peace through economic diplomacy" but it's unrealistic, they use debt diplomacy to take advantage and it's unfair. The PRC is not ready to have a monopoly on the global supply chain imo and they should only have limited access to ours, especially for pharmaceuticals. America is self sufficient but some people bigger than any of us decided we'll just be a consumer state and that's obliterated American exceptionalism or any chance of taking the lead on diplomacy as being the first option.

I am new to this channel. I'm not entirely sure how I even got here, but I'm glad I went down that rabbithole. For this only being the second video I've watched thus far. Reminds me of that weird incident with Gorbachev and Reagan. They were both given the rundown of what was going to happen should they go to war, and they both separately (to only their close aides) said they were never going to ACTUALLY push the button.
