IBD builder in a bottle works great!!! I also use Mia secret but it's much thinner and kinda rubbery.... I use it for covering art work. Ibd is thicker and self levels quite well and is more of a harder result.

Thank you for doing this video!! I've done tips with builder gel, but I had no idea what I was doing!! So with the builder gel does it just fill in the ridge from the tip to the natural nail? (I've been filing my down...) Also is that the Mia Secret pink frost?

I’ve never had any problems with not filing the tip to the nail or any ledges. And yes it’s the pink frost :)

When u apply builder gel than u add a tip and cure one nail at a time? Or do u put them all on & cure the entire hand ?

Do you mix brands of gel? I have the beetles gel polish that I love but I bought the asp builder gel and I read somewhere that you shouldn’t mix brands

Yes any will work! The base it essentially glue so that’s why I use it so I don’t have to buy another product haha
