The Dancing Mirror Twins: Pack up your Troubles by Eliza Doolittle

Just a bit of fun in the dance studio with a fantastic track by Eliza Doolittle, a mirror and my dancing twin! This is some of the choreography I teach for adult beginners in my weekly dance fitness class called Pop to the Barre. It’s all about having fun, enjoying the music and letting yourself go.

Info about the song:
Pack up Your Troubles from British Recording Artist Eliza Doolittle debuted in 2010. It samples the chorus for the First World War Marching song 'Pack Up Your Troubles in Your Old Kit Bag' published originally in 1915. Being a fan of vintage music and dance, it's a particular favourite of mine and I love the way she has fused something incredibly moving from our past into a bright, upbeat track that's not only relevant today but also, just good fun to listen too.
