correct sir, i was not able to do pull ups , but after doing back excercise i am able to do 10-12 pull ups just in 45 days , i always used to thought that i m the only feeble guy in the gym but learning a lot of things for u, u r doing superb job sir, we love you.

No deadlift? Guru Sir, people in India generally avoid compound exercises, yes it involves a lot of research and correct technique to execute such exercises, but please motivate them to do deadlift as well. +1 for the Bb row and other exercises mentioned here.

I was a powerlifter ... weigh 65kg :/ deadlift 150-160 kg !! One bad lift cause u serious injuries to back .... low weight can cause u injuries !!

Even bodybuilder does that it depends on your form bro if your form is not correct u should not try it and that to heavy may be coz of going heavy you would have injured your disc 4 or 5

I do my excercise the way u guide us to do, and i am very happy to see progress in my body brother. thankyou so much bhai for guiding us and showing us the proper way of transforming our body. but as i have completed my one month of gym my trainer is asking me to take protein , he is asking me to take whey protein, but frankly speaking bhai i really cant effort that protien because its very costly brother , bhai sach batau tho mere dad ke pass itne paise nhi ki wo mujhe protein dila de , bass gym lagwadi unhone woi badi baat hai. so abhi wat shld i do brother is protien necessary ? what shld i do ? my aim is to transform by body from fat to fit. how should i achieve it ? please help me brother . and thnak you for motivating me especially , you have inspired me a lot bhai.
