    I think the crispy bits on your bolo bun burger could be Bhavnagari shev (India; lots of names, also served in a snack mixture farsan or in the curry for misal pav). It is made from gram/besan flour (chickpea flour). At least it looks like it. The bun was not looking nicely, the idea could be executed better. Their nasi lemak dish is way more on point, but the cafe has a great vibe to it
