  • "Colonel Sanders didn't live to be a hundred as he hoped, but his ninety years were filled with enough accomplishment for a couple of lifetimes."

He interviewed and then hired me for my first job. He was helping Dave Thomas at a Wendy's down here in Georgia I was in awe of him. He wore a beautiful white suit and a black tie. He was such a gentleman. I was thrilled to meet him.

So awesome to see this. I wish there was a way to show the Omelet program again. That would be such a treat to see those shows. Thanks for sharing this from The Vault. The Colonel is a true legend and a young Dave Thomas used his earnings from selling his KFC franchises to open Wendy’s in Columbus, Ohio in 1969.

Colonel Sanders might be over 100 years old, but he is a living legend to make the chickens taste delicious as always for everyone in KFC ❤🙏🏻🍗👴🏻🕊

I'd give my legs for a bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken prepared by the col. himself.

Tell you what guys, the "Colonel" would turn in his grave if he knew how lousy KFC is now in the UK. Full of broken chicken bones (which questions how the chickens were killed🤔🤔). The "Secret Recipe Coating" is salty enough to bring on immediate high blood pressure. As for the chips, or fries, don't even go there. Please come back "Colonel" Sanders and sort these fast food, chicken shit, Drive-Through "restaurants" out PLEASE!!!!! 😔😔😔😔😔😒😒😒😒😒
