Best interstate rig, with a turning radius of Wisconsin.
Yeah I see a cool RV/motorhome pretty much, which would be beyond cool to have, but I just dont see the profitability of hauling freight with it
I swear I just told my friend just about the same thing but used Missouri as a ref point to turn lmao.

US leaders amongst themselves: so which middle East country should we liberate??
It's Practically a super C motor home now. My 40' diesel pusher gets me about 9.5 mpg.
Since it's geared as a truck maybe about 6 to 7 mpg with no trailer 🤔

Wow...my first truck back in the 70's was an old International that ran on propane, twin sticks, no power steering that I named Big Red. This is the way to go OTR in style even if it's a bear to back and makes wide turns who cares...I love it.
I agree, but I'd bet you diamonds to donuts that this rig costs more than most folks houses!
That's all well and good, if you spend your life OTR, but even truckers like to have roots, once in a while.
I love my 4 cylinder Japanese cars but these things you guys build are just amazing.

Don't even need a trailer, just run that business in the truck.
That camera man circled the truck 3 times in 2 different spots, I had enough time to make sum coffee, check Instagram and buy some shit off of amazon for Christ sake.
It’s too early to be laughing this hard-so true. And why film something that’s half unpacked vs completely set up?
Hmm true, but you the same idiot that would be at the trucks show for hour with his wife, going back and forth looking at the same truck! Hmm ok, then you go home and watch a painting of a freakin dot on the wall for 2 years and see something different each time. Yeah thanks for the comment, and stopping by, no need to come back.
@Gideon Pioneer I was a reply to a cynical attack, coming from a passerby, please! By the way it was a true response, and you too. Man these comments are cancer. People act like this driver is gonna lease onto swift and pull trailers to Target or something. Obviously you’re gonna be hauling specialized/higher paying freight to even consider buying a rig like this.
Shadow Mongrel drop the trailer and pull into the the pumps if it’s that tight.
They haul jet engines to airports. They know their fuel stops and they have plenty of room on each end.
@@shadowmongrel5153 very true. Ot isn't practical for your typical line haul guys. But fo what they do I would say its perfect.
BrandonPryorMusic nah most freight that these guys haul are super light. Like they would probably be around 15,000 pounds because of the large sleeper and heavy weight already
Only rookies drivers make those stupid comments.
Someone has lots of money and loves trucks. It’s beautiful
I’d like to see it in action with a 53’ trailer on it. No way you could get that thing in a TA to get fuel, let alone park to sleep.....😂😂
I’m pretty sure the maximum combined length is 75’ and a lot of states have limits of 65’. If that’s true this thing may only be able to haul a 20’ or maybe 30’ trailer behind it.
Ryan and that in itself is kinda crazy! Ugh
I've been in & out of the trucking industry for over 32 years, and that limo-length semi with a trailer(53') is going to a huge challenge. Don't get started when it comes to doubles and triples.😆
That's not a semi. That's a motorhome.😆
Ryan negative. People with these usually haul oversized loads
All truckers deserve a sleeper like this. They give a hell of a lot and put their families on the line while driving near endless hours providing for them and don't get a lot in return.
Yes we do
@@JerseyAlmaMC I'm from the UK, & if the U.S. wasn't so stuck with the total waste of space, but obviously fantastic looking long nose, then you could ! Think 'Scania Longline' but longer.
Thought it was gonna be just another truck with a big bunk but that looks like a very efficient appointed hotel room. Best interior I’ve seen.My dad drove a truck for G.M. for 39 years. One of those day cab GMC Astros hauling a an 8 axle steel trailers with 154k of steel. Beat him to death.3 back surgeries,2 neck fusions.
This truck only drives straight 😂
Now that's what you call a "straight truck"😂😂😂
So its just like a dodge challenger lol
😍😃 I can only imagine trying to find parking with it and a trailer after 5:00 P.M. at the Loves though. Would need a team to perpetually keep it in motion.
I'd haul wind turbine blades with it. Few extra feet who would notice?
You’d have to run team just to make the payment.
I'm a trucker, I know what the beauty is used for. It's a point A-B truck with no inner city driving. It's not for bumping docks or pulling anything longer than 40'. Comments are just like *********, everybody has 1
You still haven't told us where they park to sleep.
No idea how I ended up watching these Semi truck videos, but they are awesome lol :)
You got that right about turning radius. 40 years ago I owned a Mercedes Benz 250 sunroof sedan with a turning radius of 24 feet . Of course it wasn’t a HOUSE 🏠
I mean it's definitely cool. But seriously, that's just crazy. Very few shippers or receivers lots could accommodate something that big.
They obviously made enough $$$ to purchase and build truck🤔
Might be a southern pride truck.
You would be surprised where he goes with
I’d like to see him back a 40’ trailer to a dock off a street in NYC.

I’m more than sure he’s a highway roller with very minimum turns throughout his most likely dedicated routes. I love it. It’s perfect for a family man who wants to make his money and spend time with kids and wife. He’s most likely a 10+ year veteran who knows how to handle his piece of equipment on the road. LOVE IT.

You might be right sir as I ve trucking for going on 19 years and I have noticed that o.e.m. sleepers are getting a bit larger as the years pass I remember when 60 inches was considered a condo then they went to 70 72 77 80 and 82 then 86 inches kenworth is still on top with the studio sleeper..followed by the peterbilt 579 I think..82 inches then volvo still offers the 77inch
Would love to see you make that first right turn from Tuscany on to E North Village Dr.
I've got flat spots on my 168" sleeper's fuel tanks because of humps at a customer in Vegas. We've got a 330" wheel base. Can't imagine how you'll make a left handed turn on a two lane overpass bridge at night hauling a 53 foot trailer.
This may be the most American thing I’ll see all day 🦅🇺🇸

6 inches per gallon
I'd love to know what the owner hauls with this behemoth. It's gotta be specialised freight of some sort that doesn't require tight backing, like jet engines on a step bed going to airports.
He pulls a 10 ft trailer and hauls hay otherwise he's overweight lol.

I knew a guy named Mike Ingram when I was growing up. He had a maternal twin brother named Danny and an older brother named David.
It would be weird if this is that guy, but I'm sure there is more than one Mike Ingram in the world. We lost touch after high school so who knows. Stranger things have happened.
Just finished that right turn he started making last month.
Good for you Mike!! It's been a minute, looks like life's treating you well brother!!
My word this is a beautiful truck! That shower is pretty nice and with the refrigerator you have plenty of room to keep food. I would imagine this would cost a very pretty penny but for a single man or man and wife/girlfriend there would not be much need of another home.
What a beautiful rig / rv
MPG : hold my beer .
Totally PHENOMENAL!!!
O my god that is huge :) I haul doubles for a living, And thought that was hard . I love your truck
I like the homemade fenders he built out of 2x6’s and 2x4’s 😂😂
Haha yeah I'm loving these comments.
We'll probably see some WTI full fenders or double hump fenders on this rig in the future. Because it's a new tractor I don't think anything old skool fender-wise would look right.
Maybe he just couldn't afford fenders after all the extras he ordered
My understanding is when you actually elongate that frame as much as you have to to accommodate this extra long condo unit you're hauling efficiency is significantly affected
Totally Love this road warrior!! Massive power and elegance on 18 wheels! 💥 💪 💪 💥
I’d just sell my house and live in this
The only downside about this is the maintenance required, which fu you're paying 350k for this thing, I'd assume you could also afford the maintenance costs anyway.
Yeah me too
Yeah I'd take the trailer table off and make a porch lol
its bending in half without a trailer
Jack Winand it’s cause of it’s length and weight there isn’t much underneath to compensate
Dale Bob its*
@Ssaurabi Redneck Maybe there is a reason for that.
@한국 카우보이SsaurabiRedneck That amount of titanium would be a lot more than a few thousand dollars over steel buddy.
Damn these comments are something else I just keep scrolling down
The buyer was out of money so they had to install wooden rear wheel fenders instead of aluminum or chrome ones 🤣 Joking aside, this rig is a unit. As a trucker, I'd love to have one for retirement. Its a truckers dream to have one of these babys! Screw the RV's!!! 😆
Although some peeps hate, nor don't care about the w990. But I most thought it's an alright truck. But this... This is some much of Badassery!!
That thing is amazing; I used to have an apartment that was smaller.
How does that work to usable vehicle length/payload when you're working with it? With that wheelbase I'm guessing overall the truck is nearly 50-feet long. Here in the UK the entire tractor-trailer combination is limited to 44 tonnes (97,000 lbs) and 18 metres (about 60 feet), I'm guessing your limits are a bit longer and heavier! 😃
there is no length limitation for trucks they can be as long as they want What is regulated is your trailer length which is limited to 53 feet but can differ depending what state your in like lets say you live in Utah your trailer length limit is 120 feet and your whole vehicle weight limit (truck and trailer) is 136,000 lbs so this truck will struggle to do heavy haul because of its weight but can easily pull light trailers like Dry Vans and certain Tankers.
If I had this in my homeland of 🇰🇪, I'd be locked up for destroying the legacy road network 🤣

G0LIATH he’s with atlas van lines. He does warehouse to warehouse this truck is 5 ft longer than his last truck
Snarky . Live no he does household for budd moving he doesn’t do government freight. And this truck is 5 ft longer than his last truck
A beautiful work of art. For all that size I'm surprised by the weight.
Before anyone else comments about the turn radius , let me tell you its not as bad as u think ..yes its not what an average size truck would be but keep in mind the person that bought this truck is not just out of swift driving school and has been around the block a few times ..someone just doesn't buy a truck like this out of the blue and I'm sure has had previous trucks with custom sleepers ..to put this into perspective, I have a truck with a 280 wheel base and my friend has one with over a 400 in wheelbase..not to long ago we unloaded at the same location and leaving the facility was a tight right turn with dirt on the other side of the curb ..we both made the turn and then walked back to look how much more his trl tracked out over the curb out into the dirt ..it ended up only being a 9 in difference of were our trls tracked in the curb ..so all in all for the difference of the wheel base there was not a huge difference of were our trust tracked
wonderfully awesome
I will be greatly surprised if the next time you see it it don't have Southern Pride signs on it, and haulinga jet engine.
Yup...for sure...big $$$$
They do have some killer rigs
I don't think this truck will be running for Southern Pride but if you haven't been to ARI's site recently, they have some nice shots of the huge SP rigs in their slideshow. Awesome stuff.

Question; How do truckers (in general) feel about extended-sleepers? Must have? Or excessive?
I'm thinking of getting my CDL. Would want an extended-sleeper like this if i decide to do long-haul OTR.
well companies dont give you this kind of sleeper when you to work for them usually the guys who drive these trucks own the truck outright.
