Severance Blade of Darkness is an amazing action game and one of my favorite game of all times, but it's not an RPG, same for Enclave. The fact that a game is set in a fantasy world It doesn't means that it's automatically an RPG.
Dragon Age Origins is the best and the mods...wow. I have probably 1200 hrs playing the first. Witcher series, Mass Effect series are incredible too. DA2 and Inquisition, I didnt like so much

It's Sea Dogs if i remember correctly, The game is famous for it's bad performance on actual pc's but has a comunity behind that works to fix this. I just got this from a spanish video just now. The game has a second part which is a collab with pirates of the caribbean so if u look for sea dogs 2 you can find it. I think both are on steam . Hope it helps.
