Like your video, would have liked to see more of the interior of the some of the facilities. I would like to know about the traffic in the immediate area. I assume if you go the beach the traffic is bad, however, I was more interested about the local traffic just outside the complex. You also mentioned in a prior response about long / short term stays being available through management companies. Can you refer any of those. Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your feedback. It can be difficult to bring a camera in some of the facilities as it sometimes makes people uncomfortable to be filmed. Especially in the fitness facilities. That is why I chose to take photos of the amenities. The traffic is not bad at all in front of the community. There is a traffic light right outside the main gate. Amy you referenced a regime fee for south side villas then a fee for $6,837/yr. Is the quote combined with the HOA fees or are they in addition to this number?

It seemed like much of this footage was shot on a gray day. It still looked good. Just saying, I know it looks even better on sunny days.
