Long Islander looking to retire in SC. Had a zoom meeting prior to coming down. When we met, he spent an an entire day showing me planned communities and their local shopping areas. First, he is super friendly. Second, he's a local expert and was very well organized . Communication between us was always timely. I would highly recommend him.
Great video and info. A few questions. What businesses and restaurants are inside Sun City? Does Sun City offer other housing besides single family homes? Do all of the places you showed have designated parking for Golf Carts? Where are these places located around Sun City? It would have be nice to see a map with the places pointed out. How far away is Sun City from Old Town Bluffton and can you get their by golf cart? As for your questions. I never ate a Frosty on French fries yet I've had French fries and Cole slaw on a sandwich (a specialty of a place called Primanti Brothers in Pittsburgh PA). I don’t drink coffee but Dunkin has better options for other drinks IMO.
There are restaurants but no businesses. Yes you can get to all the places on golf cards but not all have designated parking. These places are located just outside the different gates. A map would have been a great addition. Wish I had thought of that. Old Town Bluffton is not within golf cart riding distance. It is approximately 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. Hope this helps!
Would love to move to that area, but it doesn’t seem affordable for me. I’m 80 years old, Very active and healthy. and miss living near the water. I live in Woodstock Georgia, which is truly inland. thought of the DelWebb community but I have a friend who lives there and she just really rants all of the expenses. If I sell my house here it would probably sell for around 500,000 it’s a new 55 and older community. Help, please.

Adam, thank you so much for these kinds words. It was so much fun hanging out with you.
Great video David. My wife and I are looking for golf cart communities as an alternative to The Villages.
I would love to answer any questions you have.
Thanks for sharing David. Thin crust pizza is high on the list of “needs” for moving to Bluffton.
Thanks for this golf cart video. I am looking to move to Sun City hopefully within a year but I need a powerchair friendly home.
Email me and I'd love to schedule a call with you and discuss options.
