You're welcome....you put water bring it to boil until it dries up then you put your cake to bake.

@@ainebyonadarius5777 the reason we put sand is to prevent the cake from burning.....you can put sand alone and let it heat up before you place the cake in. Just put enough to cover the bottom of the baking tin

You can boil the sand as you mix your ingredients 20mins should be enough for the sand to be hot so don't put alot of water in the sand. BAKE for 45minutes to 1hour depending on the heat of your sand. Check if the cake is cooked by inserting a knife, if it comes out clean the cake is cooked.
