For the exhibitor list you can view them on www.cantonfair.org.cn/en-US by searching for the products you want and it will bring up all the Canton Fair listed suppliers, but to be honest the website isn't the best, I always find way more at the fair than I do on the site.

Hi great video. I have a question if you could help me it would be hugely appreciated. Im from the UK too and will be attending the fair in October this year. I have applied for my buyers badge and fill all my company details correctly but the status always says "to be reviewed" and has done for 4 weeks now. I have got the QR Code and the buyer invitation letter and waiting for my chinese visa to be posted back. My question is will the buyers badge always say to be reviewed until i arrive in China and present the QR code at a registration office with my Passport? As I'm beginning to panic. Any help would be great.
You can always try and register for a new one and see if that works otherwise you can also get your buyers badge once you're at the fair you can register there, some hotels in China do it too. But would be much better if you can sort before you travel - hope that helps
It's well air conditioned, so shorts and tshirt is fine, but sometimes it gets quite humid and can have heavy rainfall in Guangzhou so waterproof is also required!

Let’s say, you sourced a bunch of goods from a supplier and are ready to sell them to your market. What if a customer needs after-sales service? e.g. The customer requires technical assistance with your product. However, you are an intermediary and have not technical expertise to assist. How do you manage these situations?

Yeah sure I would ask all those questions, basically you can ask anything you like which makes you feel more comfortable to make a buying decision. In terms of 'how big is your factory' I would be asking: - How many workers do you have in your factory? - Which markets do you supply? - What certifications do you have? - Who is your biggest customer? - How many units can you produce per month? This will give you a good idea of how big they are and then you can decide if they are the right size to align with for your brand :)

Hi Kian, I'm interested in starting to export products that require 2 stages (getting the raw bulk material from different countries, packaging it in bottles and boxes, and then getting it to Amazon FBA in USA. I live in Canada). Ultimately I want to find a system for this to be as cheap as possible and automated. Do you have some recommendations for it? I can't find any video or info online!
