Hi Kian! One question: Do you recommend seeking professional help when it comes to drafting the final contract with a manufacture when the negotiation about the product is done? Or is there something like a reliable contract template that could be enough ? Appreciating each of your videos!!
For manufacturer contracts, it makes sense if it’s for a large PO. I'd consider these points: - If using templates, use industry-specific templates as a starting point - Ensure clear communication to prevent misunderstandings. Don’t skip on these Elements: pricing, quality, IP, timelines, disputes. A SPEC sheet and QC manual would be wiser spent in my book. Basically, a contract is as good if you are willing to enforce it. Ask yourself, if it’s small PO, would it be worth pursuing in court? If it’s a significant PO, a solid contract is an investment in your business's future.

My mistake was not getting the inspection done since I was dealing with the manufacturer for a long time. Eventually learned from that though!
