I think the Flash Splash will work the best for your needs, I have tried that with djembe and cajon, works really well.

I got 8", 10" and zi bel those are fantastic on 12" I got a Wuhan splash and man it sounds real good I'm chasing the 6" splash and a sabian alu bell

What do you have the splash mounted on? It appears that it “gives” some to absorb shock and bounces.

It's a Cymbal Resonant System, acts as a shock absorber for the cymbals and helps with resonant and longevity.
