his fighters are so lucky to have such an intelligent coach, most coaches know what they mean to say but ive never heard anyone break it down as well as joe. anyone know where to submit questions for his q&a's??

I really enjoy this series, very informative in terms of the mechanics behind each techniques. I have a traditional background, so I had that explosiveness from the hips we do in karate, to these striking. Good Job..OSU!!

Hey Joe, I know your immense passion and devotion to kick-boxing, I'm just curious as what your experience is with grappling. Have you ever done any jiu-jitsu or wrestling? Also curious, Do you ever go to train with or share ideas at gyms in Canada/New york? As always thanks for the work Mr. Bazooka! - Devan Reed - All Around Movement - Dunedin, Florida

Coach I have trained Taekwondo for a couple of years but I want to transition to mma and I can't find any kickboxing classes in my city so what do you recommend for me ?

Coach, when you throw the rear uppercut do you turn your wrist in slightly right before impact? I'm having problems with this strike. I feel like I cannot commit a lot of power in the strike ( with MMA gloves ). Thanks for any help.
