    what a description iv been doing kickboxing for so long and when I started boxing I thought I was shit at fighting I was never stepping with the right leg when punching and I kept questioning myself till I see this video u are a true fighter and coach all the best in your future in fighting and outside u deserve great karma for your teaching god bless you brother

    By far the best series I have found as a beginner for MT. I'd even consider moving out to Scarborough to train at his gym, that's how much I'm enjoying the videos!

    The term "Cross" came from it's boxing origins, referencing to countering an opponents jab with your dominant hand in response, slightly looping "cross" the jab. Hadn't heard it used as a term for how far your shoulder has room to travel before hitting it's target, other than that small boxing terminology hiccup I honestly recommend people to watch your series to refine things I think they should work on, keep going, you're the best online kickboxing school out there at the moment!

    Great videos, love them, however a tip for the editors is, you may want to normalise the volume gain a little bit, the highs can get too high.
