It’s great to see you uploading again👏🏽😍, I saw this post on IG😍😍and I was going to miss my deep conditioning session at home. But your post gave me the motivation AND girl adding honey and yoghurt has been a game changer for my hairs health. Do you still diffuse your hair the same way without the attachment/nozzle etc? It always goes horribly wrong whenever I diffuse. Thank you for the recommendation and lots of virtual hugs from London🇬🇧💜
THATS WHAT WE LIKE TO HEARRRRRR :) ♥️ I usually diffuse when I want fuller / more defined curls and blow dry regularly when I want longer / more looser curls. It seriously makes a difference!

Oh I also had a question! Do you think it’s better to apply this before or after shampooing and conditioning your hair? I saw that you did it before, but would it be bad if I did it after like a deep conditioner?

Absolutely love it, my only question is how do you reach that length while it’s so defined. I feel like my hair is moisturized up to day 3 hair and then it’s hello dry itching scalp. I want my hair to be bigger and defined.
I found that forcing myself to deep condition weekly with diy’s ( ya can’t help but being lazy sometimes ) doing “less” with my hair, and finger coiling a few strands helps my hair to last a lot longer and look even more defined. I recently hit a plateau & my hair did NOT want to grow or last at all, even a couple months ago, but now it seems to be growing overnight! It’s all just a matter of getting into a routine that works for you girl :) It may take some time but keep experimenting. I have a dry itchy scalp around day 3 too, But castor oil helps out a ton!

♥️♥️ np! deep conditioning every week is a MUST for dry damaged hair, you could definitely try this mask out or try out a Greek yogurt mask (has great fats in it) also, I’ve been loving OGX’s extra strength biotin line lately, it’s pretty inexpensive and gives crazy moisture and volume :)

My maca and water mixed to a red/dark brown colour and it's very runny so I added less water. I Googled the colour apparently the red or darker coloured maca is very rare. Lets hope it works great with my hair then 😂❤

So I used 3 heaped teaspoons of maca powder, 1 heaped teaspoon of fenugreek powder a cup of water, a table spoon of black cumin oil and one avocado. The mixed had so much slip! I love it! I'm dc'ing overnight. Thank you so much for the recipe! I hope the results will be amazing!!
