    If some one goes by modern science research then the world is over for any parent whose kid has autism. I believe there is no hard and fast method but parent should try all possible safe means for their child... just a try... may it hit and work for the child.

    Here is the question. Was the study made with just a questionnaire? Where they measuring the levels in the blood making sure the brand of fish oil they where using was bioavailable for longer then 2-6hours. If it contains vitamin E it's usually not available in the body long enough before it breaks down by the heat.
    I am using fish oil to help kids with both ADHD and Autism. But we do it controlled and measuring the effect and the cell membranes. I have seen tremendous results with both being able to have eye contact, start speaking, becoming more social, be calmer, less banging head in walls and so on. Also gained a greater need for closeness and cuddle with people outside the family.

      Thanks Michaela, I wish you yood luck with your kids. These doctors are trained to solve all health problems with medication first as it leads to profit for pharmaceuticals. A lot remains unknown about ASD and the entire medical industry has yet to find a way to profit off of ASD interventions.

      @@sofiaomar8939 I have been giving my kids Cod Liver oil for about three years now. I can't say if it helped with their social, academic and communication skills BUT I can tell you they NEVER get sick and if they do it's a 24 hour blip. They haven't needed a sick visit or an antibiotic in three years. I stopped giving them the oil for three months and they got slammed with fevers and snotty noses and I was like...oh maybe there's something to this? I use Nordic Naturals Cod Liver Oil liquid for two of them and NOW Cod Liver (one pill) for the other.

    High dose omega 3 ... just doing normal recommended omega 3 isnt going to do it .. also omega 6 is counter productive as its inflammatory

      Its not just statistics. There have been many studies where they used a low dose and some where they used higher doses and achieved results. Look them up!

    what is the dose amount??

  • @seanu6840
    @seanu6840 4 місяці тому

    You need to add B complex vitamin otherwise the fish oils DHA Omega-3 fatty acid doesn’t absorb, Or rather, it’s bio availability is so low it’s Inconsequential. As far as I’m aware, the two things you’re trying to do with fish oil is one build the Mylan sheath of the neurons and two Bring down overall inflammation of the body. Autistic. Kids usually have an issue with an underlining inflammation problem. They also tend to have an issue with the parasympathetic system.

    What kind of fish oil ? What is IVO verified ? What brand? Was it purely omega 3 or the 3,6,9? The 6 causes inflammation and is counterproductive.

    So, the study shows no benefit on autism in taking fish oil. Did it do any harm? If not, what's the lesson?

    How is autism cured?

    Interesting, personally I would be hugely surprised if fishoils or any other nutrition related thing would have any notable impact. Based on the fact that we have straight, at least 4 generations long line of autistic males in the family. Might be genetics...

    • @4UnlimitedBEing
      @4UnlimitedBEing 3 місяці тому

      The only genetic component is the Y chromosome. Autism rates are much higher in males because the higher estrogen in female babies to males is brain & neuroprotective. There is absolutely no gene which causes or determines autism, period. PERIOD. There are a few dozen known disorders or diseases which are absolute, meaning that if a particular gene is present or absent disorder X, Y, Z, etc, will definitely develop. Everything else is environmental and lifestyle. Certain genes might predispose your neighbor to have faster phase II liver detox than you do, but that does not mean you WILL develop any given disorder. It could indicate that you would be best served to reduce your toxin load even more than those around you, and engage in detoxification and metabolic assistance such as restricted time eating, periodic fasting, saunas, infrared therapy, certain nutritional therapies, specific forms of exercise or refraining from/limiting certain forms of exercise/activity, and so on. This is epigentics.
      YOU are responsible for your body and any diseases, disorders, dysfunctions that present, NOT your genes. YOUR CHOICES.
      As a health care practitioner, it's nauseating to deal with lazy people stuck under the false and dangerous paradigm of "I don't have a choice--it's my genes." Take ownership of your own choices and any consequences thereof, recognizing which are beneficial and which are non-beneficial. Ditch the victim routine, ask questions, live in the state of question and wonder rather than conclusion, and be accountable for your choices.

    Fish is healthy / Fish oil is healthy. So, who cares about your attempt to produce unnecessary findings... waste of resource and waste of my time.
