How often do we have to export the lists and upload them to our suppression list? I am adding new subscribers daily

Thanks for the video, very useful. I have a question, why do we need to create a separate "Suppression List"? Can we simply not export the "Unegaged", "Marked as Spam", and "Bounced" segments, and manually upload them to "Profile" > "View suppressed profiles" > "Import"?
Or I am missing something?

Quick question, but first, thank you for the video, very helpful. After you upload your suppression list and spam CSV files to suppressed profiles, do you delete the profiles from your suppression list and spam segments?
I would also like to know this.
At 7:47 you show this but I am not able to add "unengaged" in the field. It doesn't come up as a choice. I love the rest of the Video but this step made me get stuck
It will only show up when someone has this property assigned. You can manually add it to your burner account or just wait until someone goes through the "Create custom property" field.
