Ay really appreciate the video. I was just confused about the unengaged segment. How should we separate the profiles that have just entered the unengaged segment (and therefore will be involved in the sunset flow) and profiles that have already gone through the sunset flow? Cheers.
The unengaged segment is different from the unengaged being true. At the end of the unengaged segment the boolean variable 'unengaged' is toggled to true. And when you go to suppress the profiles the condition for suppression is unengaged == true.

I'm unclear how adding someone who made a purchase in the last 45 days keeps you from getting rid of them if you add that condition to the list. Wouldn't you want to remove people who haven't made a purchase?
Believe that was suppose to be "Has Purchased 0 Times in The Last 45 Days - Think that was in error.

Hey thank you so much for the video. I have a question. After the end of the flow, will subscribers who have not opened any email be automatically deleted?
No they will be marked as unengaged it will be up to you to suppress them every once in a while. Good question Jai
i dont have a unengaged trigger
