    Do you set up abandoned cart ¨added to cart¨ and abandoned cart ¨checkout started¨ flows?
    Does the ¨added to cart¨ cover both scenarios?

      I set up both triggers i.e. added to cart and checkout started. Then I exclude anyone who started checkout from the abandoned cart with added to cart trigger so emails aren't overlapping
