No one’s perfect, I think he made the mistake because the pink spot was occupied by red balls for a period of time in that particular frame, and he kept on respotting the pink on the blue spot. And as the world knows, Ronnie plays with incredible speed, so it could have happened to any referee!
I’ve seen far bigger mistakes made by referees on the football pitch, even after being helped by technology!

Lisowski has a lot of talent. He's certainly one of the top players in the world. But indeed: he seems to never actually rise to the occasion. He hasn't got "it".
