this is true, I have never tried exercise like levers on one arm pull ups before and only did standard ones and I can do their almost most advanced versions. Keeping things simple is the way to go

The basics in cali are the Exercises That give us the base of strength and muscle for the skills
A few years back I did 100 bodyweight squats for 75 days in a row.
After that, I was able to get a pistol squat without really training for it.
