I grew up in the 60's. I remember the matador and lots of paintings like this were painted on velvet. That gold is typical of the 70's color. The house we bought we got Mediterranean or Spanish style furniture. The couch was black vinyl and we had a black chandelier with amber glass. I still have that amber ashtray. The other stuff I got rid of years ago, house, furniture, husband, etc.
That is amazing! Those people hit the jackpot! But, I love that they were thinking of your teachings when they selected these pieces. Good job teacher and students! 😁👍 And, your comment to the young couple about them watching you in bed was priceless!!
I would love that I would just need a couple days to get just a few things ready to show. I have a few things that I know are valuable just dont know actual value and a couple things I have no clue but might be major 🙂

Great information and watch all the time. You ask for suggestions and I may have one. In the last segment, as you described the paintings I feel there was not enough time to look at the paintings to see what you were describing. Maybe a little more look time on the subject while you talk about them? And of course, I love looking at you.
Hi Dr. Lori! Love your brooch! Unfortunately the camera does not do it justice. Can you tell us who it's by? What is it made from (the stones and metal)? What period it was made? Looks like a Victorian bee/winged beetle brooch covered in diamonds but I know you like your costume jewelry! I love antique insect jewelry, so it instantly caught my eye. I really like your hair clip as well! Tell me about that piece as well if you have time. Thank you for your show, you're always a pleasure to watch when you pop up on my phone📱! D.

Dr Lori--I found a bound plan/budget program for a failed biblical theme park director Franco Zefferelli was trying to open in Israel (never came to fruition). I have a few items I am going to do a video call w/ you about, but can you let me know if this is one I should include (instead of a painting)? Pretty please?😂
I found and purchased 2 Japanese panels. They read early 17th century Portuguese ship entering a Japanese harbor screen painting, colors with clouds in gold leaf on paper, ( 66 11/16"x 363 cm) rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Their is 2 of them. I want to sell them to start a tree transplant program. In my area allot of trees are killed my idea is to start a relocation program. These are beautiful. How can I get these looked at?

I have an old photo oval shape and it's not framed it must have been in a nice over frame at one time the guy looks like an outlaw like in the Billy Barker days but it has something written on the back of the picture and I can't make it out because I don't know what it says I look on the internet and lot of these huge oval photos are not really worth anything my son says well you know what I'm going to ask dr.
