What I like about Dr.Lori’s videos is the clarity of her voice, the speed of which she speaks, and that she stays on topic. Her knowledge is unmatched, yes, but her ability to teach what she knows in a manner that isn’t boring and holds your attention is equally as impressive. For the trolls out there, understand this, we don’t come here to listen to Dr. Lori blow smoke up peoples asses. We come here to be educated by someone who’s willing to share their education and experience based knowledge for free. That alone is almost unheard of in today’s world.

I just found a solid copper necklace that was black it had barely a hint of copper. I had so much fun watching my necklace change from black to beautiful shining copper. With this necklace was a sliver black necklace also I watched it turn to sliver

I got a loupe & looked at my own Sterling silver flatware service. OMG It helped me identify the pattern + the loupe has already more than paid for itself even though I had an appraisal. Value changes over time. Thank you sooo much.

I JUST love watching 👀 everything you and show us on jewelry which I never pass when I go to yard sales. I never pass up on the opportunity to buy jewelry for myself and I really hope my children will be smart enough to make something from the many years of me buying the items I have bought though out out to my life.I have been collecting old collections collecting for most of my life but I have been sick 😫 most of the winter so I hope I get to do it again when it starts up again. When the weather starts to get warmer.I was out in North Carolina to see my son and grandchildren and I stopped at a few yard sales and got I bought 2 pairs of sneakers and when I where them everyone wants to know where I got them. I love them. I JUST was wondering if I bought a different type of case case full of pins beautiful ones that are are made by everyone who sold them on QVC OR HSN AND AND I know that some are from Joan Rivers ,all the 🌟 stars that were around in the 80s and 90s and I took care of her mother until the mother passed away. They were expensive then. Would they be worth anything this time around. Thank you for reading this post and thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and questions ..

Many very real and treasured, as well as some costume jewelry and other pieces that she had, as the last woman from her family. We have many pieces of pearl jewelry, so, a very big Thank You 😊!!! My heart did kinda sink when you picked up the carnelian necklace and just let it go... But, I would love to know more about those kinds of things, if you get the opportunity!!!

The faux pearls made out of fish bone, how can I tell them from glass or another material? Are they gritty like a real pearl or are they smooth? I've been selling antiques and collectibles for roughly twenty years but decided jewelry was more fun and is sooo much easier to ship! I received my first bluebox in April and now I'm addicted lol! I have cameos set in 14k,early 1900's. How can I find out what they are worth? Are they collectable?

So bummed I missed the live! Do you have any hints to help us ID whether or not our faux pearls are of the fish skeleton variety? I assume they were used in only high quality pieces, but other than that is there a trick to tell the difference between them and other molded materials that were used? I know if they're painted, looking at the holes is a good way to tell, but the only way I'd know if something was made with a fish skeleton is if it was literally just a fish skeleton laying there.
