Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 action-adventure game developed and published by Rockstar Games. The game is the third entry in the Red Dead series and a prequel to the 2010 game Red Dead Redemption. The story is set in a fictionalized representation of the United States in 1899 and follows the exploits of outlaw Arthur Morgan, a member of the Van der Linde gang, who must deal with the decline of the Wild West whilst attempting to survive against government forces, rival gangs, and other adversaries. The game is presented through first- and third-person perspectives, and the player may freely roam in its interactive open world. Gameplay elements include shootouts, robberies, hunting, horseback riding, interacting with non-player characters, and maintaining the character's honor rating through moral choices and deeds. A bounty system governs the response of law enforcement and bounty hunters to crimes committed by the player.

Not sure if anyone noticed Arthur taking a shot with his left hand at the docks to get a better angle. I love the details in this game.

Quinoa was the best from all your horses. Well, she received a name from you so that sets her above the other horse you're currently having. And you had quite a bond to her ✌🏼

@@sheldondmanson I always thought it meant more when his horse died. Like it actually meant more meaningful. For me the TRUE play through is when hamish’s horse dies with Arthur
Hey Cambonano. There are in total 4 missions with The Veteran (the one with pretty horse), I highly recommend you to do the last 4th mission after chapter 6.
Oh lawd... my knowledge of this game is somewhat limited... but I have seen the ending, and I have a hunch why... horse...

Micah always behind Dutch like that weasel that won't go away lol. Love the slow mental decline of Dutch. Alot of people say it's taking the bump on the head form the Trolley accident, and then losing Hosea, his guaridan angel to keep him from going off the deep end, was the no going back point for Dutch in terms of everything.
Keep in mind! The hermit Hamish with the horse named Buell has four missions, and the fourth mission should be saved until AFTER chapter six is finished!

Been following this playthrough since the beginning. It’s fascinating to see the way our reaction evolves as we play. To begin with it’s so impressive and exciting, the world is so vast and complex… then we reach chapters 4 to 6 and it becomes something so much bigger than a video game. It truly is a masterpiece.

Great to watch the episode a day early! I'm glad you are enjoying doing side missions. I've seen this game played quite a few times and own the game myself but that's the first time i have seen Arthur kick out Strauss at night when he is wearing his pajamas 😄
My first play throughout took me 3 months, i was a teen and had nothing but gaming to so i binged the game, playing 6 hours a day at least and it still took me 3 full months. I would tell you not to worry about how long it is taking you to experience Arthurs journey, im loving every minute of it
Yep, Thomas Downes was the cause of Arthur's TB. If you go back and watch the cutscene in that mission, he coughs blood in Arthur's face while getting beaten. That was the moment that sealed Arthur's fate.
Chapter 6 is a rollercoaster. With the side missions, main missions, what is happening in camp, Arthur and the two best buds Micah and Dutch.

Hamish is definitely my favorite stranger in the game game. All the way till you catch the tyrant. Super good stuff.
I'm still really mad about whomever told you to not go places because wait for "the game takes you there". now look . you avoided Annesburg and now that you're here you have a bounty and look at Arthur's condition. at this point you don't even want to explore.

7:57 Yes Cam really, it was Downes that got Arthur sick. Arthur came across him three times, the first two times he was coughing on Arthur but the final time was him coughing blood on Arthur during the mission on his Ranch.
On your next playthrough don't break Micah out of Jail and don't do the mission for Strauss on Downes Farm. You won't progress with the story but you don't need to because you have already completed it, so all you should do now is explore every inch of the map without Arthur officially getting sick.
If you want to return to Guarma, go outside the map and you will glitch into the town of Guarma, there are tutorials online.
i see you have found the wonderful value in the volcanic pistol...it is my go to gun.. i Dual wield them and i can blow my way out of pretty much any situation i am in
Well that was a fun stream eh. Cracked me up with the Legendary Badger, it's the Bear you hunted with Hosea way back in Ch 2. I almost started same time as you 'cept I started in early May so a few weeks later but I'm still in early Chapter 2. Lol.

Interesting fact: At the end of chapter 2 when Arthur and Charles go to find a new place to camp, Arthur says to Charles “there ain’t no way Dutch is just gonna hide away in a cave somewhere. Goes against everything he stands for”. Cue chapter 6 and where are they?

Also with edith dowens, its implied that with her husban dying, no house, or means of providing she had to go into selling body and with that trade she got STD's that affect her skin with rashes

Remember, you can hunt the legendary gator now that you are in Ch6. Fast travel to Lagras and head a little bit South along the road to find it.
Hi Cam, This is your playthrough, but I hope you take your time and enjoy as much as you can ( like the way you have been playing ). Lots of streamers put in many hours, and then the last chapter ( 8 ) they rush through the main missions, leaving so much unexplored. So glad you found Hamish. May I suggest ( up to you ), judging by your playthrough and the aspects that you love. save the fourth encounter with Hamish until the next chapter. You will appreciate the outcome even more. A hint for your new Electric Lantern, follow the red glow. The Fence will have the satchels available in the last chapter ( 8 ). Rockstar's way of giving the player incentive to do the hunting and crafting earlier in the game to have to best satchels. Leave it to Micah to ruin a girls serenade. Lol. If you get a chance to explore next episode, be sure to explore NW of Owanjila Lake. There are many things to see in this area.
Mr downes you saw earlier in the game, building a house in valentine he was behind that desk outside (donate for the poor) and he said ‘he’s got enough’) with the saloon fight mission outside…he was in both situations coughing a little

Chapter 6 sure has some of the most wholesome side missions of the game.
It was so subtle and no one thought about what downes did to Arthur at that moment, some people would be like “oh he spit on Arthur” so what no big deal but turns out he passed down his sickness to Arthur as a way to damn him, Arthur’s fate was sealed ever since then. Well played rockstar.
Edit: Strauss is 100% to blame, if it wasn’t for him sending Arthur to collect his dirty money he wouldn’t gotten sick.
When you get to the very end please, please watch the credits all through. You'll learn more about Edith Downes & her son plus other stuff. Loving this playthrough much & am in roughly the same place in my 7th playthrough.

If you Follow the path whenever the Electric Lamp light Goes Red it shows you Directions to where to find him (The robot)
I've seen more glitches in the 35ish hours of your playthrough than in the 140+ of my own.
I don't really remember any. But that was on the PS4 version.
use that electric lantern and FOLLOW THE RED.
Glad see more RDR2 whats great about Chapter 6 is how many differnt cutscenes and dilague there is for both high and low honour Arthur is great. On another note i cant wait for the GTA6 trailer next week cant wait to see how they will surpass the open world of RDR2.

I got am ambushed by the Murfree brood too and I couldn’t get away fast enough, there was 8 or 10 of them and they killed my horse I was so sad and mad.

If you get stuff from a trapper you need to collect the right animal pieces to get stuff like clothing and bags.

The "Amazing gun" is the volcanic Pistol my favorite Pistol/Revolver 😎
💯, me too. Volcanic is my main side arm purely from a power standpoint and I use High Velocity ammo to increase its range. The off hand side arm I go for is Schofield with Express Ammo or Semi Auto Pistol/M1899 with Express Ammo to increase their power. Also didn’t realise this til much later but if you’re dual wielding 2 pistols or 2 revolvers and using same ammo type, your ammo # decreases much faster so best to have Express ammo for 1 and High Velocity for the other so you’re not chewing through Ammo.

On my playthrough, I got the achievement for reaching Maximum Honour right after Arthur said 'I don't know nothing about kindness' (at 21:22) - somewhat poetic!
Micah is such a scumbag. He would have never put his hand on Arthur when he was well. Arthur would have folded him in half.
Just a quick calculation, 90 dollars to Edith Downes in 1899 amounts to about 25.000,- dkk today! Good redemption!

i just did my second play though, i absolutely live this game. i cried... oh i cried... and i cried the second time... rdr2 is without a doubt the best game ever created. i wish they would make a live action of this. that would be amazing. that or someone play through the game to 100% and do a crap ton of editing to make a mini series with it.
I’m actually in the process of doing a multi part movie; and there’s the Read Dead Show that are more like a series.

If you havent done it allready you should check the ruined house where you met Abigale and Sadie (by the river) theres a small but Nice lort there. Also, Lenny's and Hosea's graves are close by. You might want to sell or stable your second horse. You'll need the space. And yeah....All the good things Arthur is doing now is the redemtion, right ?.

The scene with Strauss is differnt with Low Honour Arthur is more pissed off that they wasted gangs money rather then the lives he ruined. When Arthur gets one debts with high honour he will say seeing as im Here i will do what can for you but with low honour he will say i may as well protect the payment. So your actions in the world have consequences as to who Arthur becomes as a person.
Idc i love a lil bit of crazy dutch. If he just let the women and non warriors out of camp, i don't think Arthur and the rest would mind going on these crazy runs
