@@tufailtalat2518we can only dream.. if rdr3 ever becomes a thing, it’ll definitely take place YEARS before rdr2 and its ending will probably be the blackwater ferry job. i’m hoping we get to see early into the gang and have massive timeskips. theres no point for rdr3 to be a sequel to 1 ngl, the story seems wrapped up.

In fact, if it wasn't for very common good person deeds, Arthur did he might have been forgotten completely.

However RE Levin’s query if he seeks fortune, Arthur admits, “I need money”, having also tellingly declared: “the joys of gunslinging is win win, freedom or glory”, by which I guess he means the freedom of death & release from worldly cares. I’d agree with you that Arthur is at least remembered by those who recall his various good deeds, for which he refused thanks just as he seemed not to acknowledge his own goodness, only his darker deeds, the only thing the local newspapers seemed to recognise him for. All the easier to explain his total lack of mention in RDR (retcon aside). Famous or not however, there’s no doubt to most of us that Arthur’s not just one of the most badass of gunslingers, but as you say, one of the bravest & best of people, who fully deserved redemption.
