Hi, I had a question about the weighted dip exercise. If somebody cannot yet perform the exercise because they do not have the tricep strength yet to be pushing their bodyweight, which exercise would you recommend as a good alternative to replace this?
How does this relate to “the perfect chest workout” would you do this on a seperate day or include it to incorporate chest/tri? Because the perfect chest workout does involve the triceps resulting in fatigue. Any help appreciated.

While doing my 5x5 split in the gym this evening I saw a young man in my gym who was using a lot of momentum with weight that was too heavy for him. I approached him and sent him to you. Your videos help. Also dealing with tendonitis on left shoulder. I start my workout routine with 20 min walk at 2.5mph. Then go on to workouts. No actual plan in place. Any help is appreciated.

@@nickstorey7643 The main difference you can do for calves is doing the exercises with your toes turned in or out. With your toes turned out, you hit the outside more. With toes turned in, you hit the inside and lower calves more. Plus banded reps for endurance. I hope Jeff sees this and corrects anything I've said...

I always liked your videos and insight. For a min I was considering steroids BC I'm 35 and don't grow like I used to. After some research I decided I like my body to function and don't want to depend on hormones the rest of my life. I have used everything I can find in your videos and am back on track at the gym and getting great results again. I'm only using a preworkout sup and sometimes protien but in trying to get my diet in check before going nuts on supplements. I love your work and I love the results I get. Do you actually do these perfect workout in a single day ? Yesterday i tried doing the perfect chest workout + perfect bicep workout took me almost 2h to complete and i have missed one or two sets ...
@@servantoftherose3623 Each workout definitely takes time to complete, typically 1-1.5 hours, or longer when it's a new practice. Since they're so involved, I focus on one workout per session. I can see why attempting two would get you close to the two-hour mark!
Squats Deadlift RDL/Hip-Thrust Bulgarian Split Squat Kettlebell Swing ..maybe the 3 way Lunge Two Bodyweight Excercises: Pistol Squat/Split-Squat Jump..the Antonio Brown one (or easier versions) Physioball Curl/Thrust or even a Hamstring Curl on the floor (trust me this is a killer)
Idc what anyone says, Jeff is the man. Is this a business? Of course, it's how he feeds his family. But he's the only person I've seen that explains every detail and gives you full complete workouts for free. I ordered one of his programs and now own it for life. Nobody else does that. Hi Jeff, would you be able to make a video showing how to properly perform Banded lying tricep extension? I have tried the workout today, it was very effective and satisfying. But I found it really hard to get in to the lying position with the band dragging me back.
It would have been really insightful to have gotten (as on the chest workout "perfect series" episode), a detailed explanation of which exercise targets each head of the muscle. For Example, exercise X targeting the long or medial head, or lateral, etc. Other than that great fkn video !

Yesterday i tried doing the perfect chest workout + perfect bicep workout took me almost 2h to complete and i have missed one or two sets ...
@@servantoftherose3623 Each workout definitely takes time to complete, typically 1-1.5 hours, or longer when it's a new practice. Since they're so involved, I focus on one workout per session. I can see why attempting two would get you close to the two-hour mark!

Two Bodyweight Excercises:
Pistol Squat/Split-Squat Jump..the Antonio Brown one (or easier versions)
Physioball Curl/Thrust or even a Hamstring Curl on the floor (trust me this is a killer)

Idc what anyone says, Jeff is the man. Is this a business? Of course, it's how he feeds his family. But he's the only person I've seen that explains every detail and gives you full complete workouts for free. I ordered one of his programs and now own it for life. Nobody else does that. Anyone who dislikes his videos are his competition and they dislike them because they are haters.

I trained my bicep with the majority of your perfect work out and I actually felt like I worked my bicep more than I’ve ever done. I can defo do more but it is a step in the right direction for me

Hi Jeff, would you be able to make a video showing how to properly perform Banded lying tricep extension? I have tried the workout today, it was very effective and satisfying. But I found it really hard to get in to the lying position with the band dragging me back.

It would have been really insightful to have gotten (as on the chest workout "perfect series" episode), a detailed explanation of which exercise targets each head of the muscle. For Example, exercise X targeting the long or medial head, or lateral, etc. Other than that great fkn video !

Where were you in the 90's? I'm correcting so many existing exercises I've done, avoiding bad ones that you informed of and learning new ones and learning A LOT about the structural, muscular, mechanical functioning of my body.
