I got terminated from Walmart Distribution because of a accident. I just started at Food Lion Distribution and they got me in full cases; the small boxes I didn't have too much experience in. I used your cross and t method and it worked good. My trainer told me if I didn't do it his way I was gonna screw up. All he did was tell me where to put boxes. I told him I gotta know why I'm putting them that way if it's going to stick with me. I'm just going to perfect the way you told me. It works for me and he's a jackass. Thanks again.
I would like to thank you for being the trainer i wish i had at work, i would be making little progression without you. i am fast with everything except stacking and once i got that down im flyin
Some light big cases are underestimated for strength. Ive used boxes of bagged rice as a corner piece and stacked cans on top. But the box is nice and rigid. Your results may vary. Lol
This channel should be mandatory for every single person in retail not just order selectors. Lowes, Wal-Mart, and Home Depot should be paying you out the ass to make these training videos for their distribution and unload crews.
@@TheWarehouseSeries You should honestly try to market yourself to corporate at Wal-Mart or something. The sheer amount of money lost on lawsuits due to pallets falling on customers or product getting destroyed during the unload process, especially due to crushed dairy products is staggering.
Can a 30lb 40lb box of rice go in the middle since it’s not tall or would you go put it facing in next to too a taller box maybe one day I’ll drop in on ur discord

@@Swad-cf8nc that's crazy to even think of
@@Swad-cf8nc I honestly never thought of pallets falling and putting customers at risk. Great point
Cross and T Coach T
🔥 🔥
That sparkle was the end 😂of the order
It was about using it as an example not saying you did something wrong
what about cases that are big but don't weigh very much?
I like to keep them on front part near jack and stack light cases only on top
What does it mean when you say a box is facing in??
Stand behind your pallet draw a line down the middle. Big or longer cases face them towards that line
If you need help join Discord and private message me. I can do diagrams etc. On computer to give you a visual
how are you supposed to keep the middle level with so many different sized boxes?
Level as in flat. Not so much level with rest of pallet just so cases are not leaning
@@TheWarehouseSeries got you. preciate it
@@TheMasterStudent no problem
Do u think u can do what u said u will

If I had a full layer of the same or similar cases I would but if I had smaller cases mixed in I would not
