All I have to say to anyone watching this video or videos like this is GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND GET OFF SOCIAL MEDIA. I know a lot of people watch these videos, because they feel a sense of comfort from them which I understand. But I don't think people realize that watching videos like this and surrounding yourself with sad things only perpetuates your depression. Content like this does nothing to serve you, and only tells you that you can't do anything but continue to be sad. If you're feeling lost or depressed, get off these videos, sit down, ask yourself what it is you really want, and start building towards that. YOU NEED TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF, watching shit like this isn't going to challenge you or fufill you in any way. Things might be hard right now, and there may be harder things to come but you can take it. The fact that you're still here proves you can take it, so if you stick it out I promise good things will come.
